I had a good experience dining here with my children, and we enjoyed our time together. The food was good and our server was polite, though it seemed like only one person was handling all the tables, which slowed things down a bit. I also wasn’t a fan of the interior, as it didn’t feel very inviting. With a few improvements, it could be a great spot for families.

We decided to try this restaurant. Ordered hushpuppies and the build your own boil. Crab legs shrimp muscles clams corn potato sausages. The shrimp was way over cooked. The butter sauce was ok. Nothing dance or special. They do provide gloves and utensils to crack open the crab legs. Service was fine. We imagined getting a 1/2 pound if all these items it would have been more. Overall it’s a place to go if you haven’t been however we won’t go back. Nothing spectacular to pull us in. Big off put for us was automatic gratuity! Make sure you pay attention! I could see if the food was absolutely to die for that would off set telling me how much I should tip. !!! But no thank you. There was only one other family in the entire restaurant and the back area was covered with boxes and supplies….no appealing.

Millions Crab had good food and a great amount for the value and we were actually impressed with how much we got for the price. Everything came out hot and flavorful and the seafood was enjoyable. However, the service brought the overall experience down. It took quite a while for anyone to greet us after we were seated and we had to ask for basic things like cutlery and drink refills, which also took a while to arrive. Our server disappeared for long stretches without checking in and a 15 percent tip was automatically added to the bill, which felt frustrating given the level of service. The atmosphere was loud and at times chaotic, with sudden shouting for birthdays that caught me off guard and honestly startled me at first. Overall, the food and value were good enough that we might go back, but I hope the service improves and the atmosphere becomes a little more customer friendly.

I was in Ohio and had a taste for seafood. Decided to try this place. The food was good. The crab legs were bigger than average. The meat came out perfectly fine every time . The shrimps was big as well. Also the seasoning was delicious. Great choice for a Saturday night in a semi.

We ordered the Hush puppies as an appetizer. Ypu get 10 good sized hush puppies and a serving of sauce.
For main dish we each ordered The F on the menu with crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and an egg. I added 1/2 sausage, my wife added mushrooms to hers. We have plenty of food to have some left over to take it home. Service was good, not too overbearing. Will definitely be coming back.

Server was sweet and kind. She was very embarrassed that we hardly ate the crablegs because they were very overcooked.
There were gnats everywhere. My brother couldn’t finish his gumbo due to the flies landing in it.
We were the first and only customers there during lunch. So why did the men’s bathroom have urine on the floor, soap on the sink counter and floor, toilet paper on the floor? It’s because nobody cleaned it.

Took a while to get seated took a while to get drink order. But once we finally got a server, the service was great. The food was absolutely amazing except for the crab legs. It just seems like they were cooked too long so when you went to break the legs, everything was soft and it took a lot of work to get the meat out out of the shell. Shrimp eggs, potatoes, mussels, the sauce I got everything else was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be going back again, but will never order the crab legs. Had five people with us and they charged us gratuity which I found is a bit Ridiculous. Even found out that my son and his girlfriend go there and they charge a gratuity for two people to eat there.

I’ve been living in Ohio for almost a year & a half now…& this is the only seafood place that I order from because the food is amazing & it’s hard to find good seafood, so I refuse to go to any other place but, this time, I didn’t receive what I paid for. I paid for 2 extra potatoes & I was given one potato that they cut in half to make it into 2. If I pay for 2 extra potatoes, then that is what I would like to receive. Below are pics of the two half potatoes that I paid extra for, in comparison with the whole potatoes that come with the meal. Not cool at all.
