Did not receive the extra condiments that I purchased for my tacos, and I did not receive the chibbi with the box. It was either stolen or never added, that is the only reason why I purchased this box. Definitely not worth the $18 plus.
My roommate ordered the same thing and received their correct order. Can’t blame me for being so bummed, it is sad when you pay extra only to not receive them….. Very disappointed

Not only was the order wrong for the burger but the oil that the chicken nuggets were cooked in was completely dirty literally vomiting from how completely nasty that was not even the soda was able to wash that down literally made my sprite undrinkable that’s how bad that taste was

I’m to the point where I want to report this location to the BBB I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT
This location needs to be thoroughly checked so extremely disappointed to waste gas and time to receive such a horrible order in return didn’t even give me the correct sauces ! Everyone there should be fired ! Even my soda had so much ice it reached the top !!!

Recently ordered online at this Jack In The Box. Upon drinking the soda I ordered, I open the lid only to come across what seems to be a soda machine nozzle. This is very concering due to microplastics and neglect. Please have someone reach out to me.
