Named after their grandmother, Millie’s is the brainchild of two brothers seeking to share their passion for Italian food and celebration of the Italian culture with their local community. Millie’s of Staten Island will be a neighborhood destination joining the original Morristown, NJ location. Millie’s of Staten Island’s features include a custom, 22-seat bar and three garage doors that open to 2,500 square feet of outdoor dining space. Millie’s serves delicious, coal- and Neapolitan wood-fired artisan pizzas and meatballs based on Vince and Brandon’s grandmother Millie’s recipes. 1st time here and I believe it’s been open for some time now… I can’t believe I missed out on this all that time. The wait staff was very well attentive and the Manager is one if the nicest guys. I forgot to take food pics of dinner but I did get the oven Roasted Oysters which was really outta the park hit! he Cookies and Cream desert, and Tartufo was my Bonus!!

Always enjoy coming to Millie’s with the family. A real nice family place. Great atmosphere. Always clean. Never had bad service. The food is always very good, except I’m not crazy about the meatballs. But the rest of the food is excellent. And of course the prices are decent.

For me everything has too much salt. The lamb chops, the French fries, the creamed spinach. Our order came out in dips and drabs. First with the salad & I had to ask for some bread. Then I sent him back to get butter. Next came the lamb chops, but no sides in sight. A few minutes later came the spinach. A few minutes after that came the French fries. I then sent him back to get ketchup. He said something about not wanting to bring too much, too soon and crowd the table.

Went there for lunch. Waitress let us know she was training someone. Took our orders….place is big and had 3 to 4 other tables…practically empty. Our food took over 20 to 25 minutes….sandwiches….then the waitress forgot us…when I needed a condiment I waited to try and get their attention but in the end….food getting cold… I had to go ask for it. As we were eating the party a couple of tables away from us complained about their food.

Haven’t been here for quite awhile and nothing seems to have changed. The wood fired pizza was very good. My eggplant parm was very tasty and the antipasto salad was fresh and better than expected. I had forgotten that the menu was primarily pizza which limited my choices, but I enjoyed my experience all the same.

Absolutely disappointing. I ordered turkey meatballs. They came out black on the outside and odd artificial brown color on the inside. The inside texture was very odd and the overall flavor tasted like dogfood.
