I came to this place to buy a tempting dessert for my family and ordered it to go. I’ve included a picture of what I expected and what I received because it was “to go.” It was nothing like what I expected, and when I complained, they told me that if I wanted it presented just as nicely, they would charge me for the plate. Disappointed.

We visited Lumi Dessert and thought the space was really cute. We liked the mood lighting and the cozy fall-winter vibe. The bingsu itself was okay. The fruit tasted like it was either bought frozen or sliced before it was ripe and then frozen, so it didn’t have much flavor on its own. Without the condensed milk the bingsu would have been pretty bland.
Service was standard, nothing bad but nothing special. Overall, it’s probably a spot we’d only go to because they stay open later than other dessert places, not necessarily for the quality of the bingsu.

Lumi deserves a well-earned 5/5. The staff were really nice people, and there were many unique foods, which tasted good. The atmosphere was very friendly and nice. Overall, Lumi gets a 5/5!

Our favorite Korean shaved ice spot in the area! It can be hard to find a table when they’re busy. I love that they offer smaller portions of bingsu. We tried the injeolmi toast this time. It’s not very big, but perfect to share between two people when we’re on a diet but still craving something sweet.

It is super delicious in my opinion. I got 2 minis for my kids, and they were enough for 3 of us due to the generous amount. Pretty pricey but it was worth it. Definitely coming back next time.

Cute nice, nice decor. We tried the injeolmi toast and Oreo bingsu.
Toast was good – didn’t like the peanut butter powder and can be less sweet
Bingsu was really good too. Nice consumable portion

Lumi Dessert Cafe has a modern, minimalist aesthetic paired with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and genuinely good service. This was my first visit, and it left a great impression. I tried the strawberry Nutella bubble waffle—rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced thanks to the lightly sweetened waffle that kept it from being over the top. My daughter ordered the chocolate brownie snow dessert and found it full of flavor; she’d absolutely recommend it as a fun summer treat. Overall, a lovely experience, and I’d happily return to explore more of the menu.

Finally got a chance to stop by here in the evening, nice and quiet, chill music and the desserts were delicious. Tried the banana bingsu and the berry golden toast and both were wonderful, will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved my visit to Lumi Dessert Cafe! The desserts were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We tried the mango berry toast, strawberry banana waffle, mango cheesecake, and melon dew shaved ice — everything was fresh and full of flavor. The drinks like Thai milk tea and lychee jasmine green tea were refreshing and perfectly sweet. The cafe has a cozy vibe and is great for friends, family, or even just a sweet treat for yourself. Highly recommend if you’re a dessert lover!

Lumi Dessert Cafe is a really nice place to visit. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for family gatherings or hanging out with friends. It’s more quiet and relaxing in the early afternoon, while evenings can get a bit louder and more lively.
The service was lovely—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I was even offered warm water when I asked, which was a really nice touch. The food and drinks were great (9/10), and the service deserves a full 10/10. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the overall experience and quality make it worth it. Would definitely come back!
