We were a large party of eight and the service was very good. It took a while to get our order placed but the food was worth the wait. One of our party had a drink refilled early on when our food arrived. The server came back to clear our plates but did not ask or refill any of the drinks.

We had a great server who was on top of things. In the past we’ve had a server at this location that made for a terrible experience, but we decided to give it another try. This time things were great. The beer came out fast and cold. The food was out in reasonable time considering the restaurant was 90% full. The food was delicious.
I just wish the Captain Jack wasn’t the price of a burger! Not this locations fault, but come on Ale House.

We visited Miller’s House in Winter Haven and it has been a fantastic spot for great food and drinks. The menu offers excellent choices, we taken quesadillas , calamari, Cesar Salad Cheeseburgers and IPA beer.The appetizers come in generous portions, making them perfect for sharing.
I highly recommend the CUE Bacon Cheeseburger—the quality of the meat is outstanding, cooked to perfection, and paired with crispy, flavorful French fries.
Our server, Rossana, was amazing! She was very friendly and helped us choose the perfect IPA beer by providing sample testers. Her great service made our experience even better.
If you’re in the area and looking for great food, cold beer, and a welcoming atmosphere, Miller’s House is a must-visit!

Has a great lunch with family. Hamburger was great. I get a side of mushrooms and gravy and hook it up. Onions rings were big and crunchy.

Waitress was outstanding. Food was subpar at best. The waitress reported our dissatisfaction to the store mgr… Who didn’t offer to replace our food with something that was cooked FRESH not did he offer us any compensation, like a gift card or the like. He just walked away and said he was going to have I talk with the “cook”. Not even a free dessert!! Even the waitress agreed that our food was not fresh and in no way resembled what we ordered! My overall impression is: this review to warn others and I’ll never come back. I ordered the “pub style” Fish and chips…. Just LOOK at the food and you can tell that it’s not even close to what is depicted in the menu!

Solid restaurant. Great place to grab drinks and food. Plenty of options on the menu for just about anyone. Lots of TVs in the bar area if you want to catch a game. The patio seating is amazing as well. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t been yet.

My son and I really enjoy coming here. The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Sometime service can be quite slow though. But the food is good and we have a nice time.
