Stopped in at Miller’s Ale House after shopping at the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and it was exactly what we needed. The English Pub Fish & Chips were excellent, flaky white fish with a crisp, golden batter that wasn’t heavy or greasy. The fries were hot and well seasoned, and the tartar sauce and Cole slaw tied it all together perfectly. We also had a cup of chicken gumbo soup, rich flavor, and really thick.
Jade took fantastic care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and efficient without hovering. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the outlets. Great portions, great flavor, and we would absolutely come back again.

Stopped in for an appetizer and a couple of drinks and had a good experience overall. We sat at the bar and ordered the loaded fries, which were really good, and had a few drinks each — all of them were solid.
It took about 10 minutes to get noticed after sitting down, and someone who came in after us was helped first, but once we did get service it was fine, so no big complaint there. The bar wasn’t too crazy busy, which was nice, especially for a Friday night in Orlando.
Good food, good drinks, and a chill atmosphere. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

It was fine. Looked for a place to watch the Bears playoff game while on vacation. Picture a little bit of a better Applebees, but a sports bar. Sat at the bar. People were very nice, and waitstaff was great! My waitress said she just started. Most customers were very patient, but there was a Karen that complained several times and the manager came over. He handled it perfectly and couldn’t have been more accommodating with trying to make her happy. A+! Also, they did have the sound on for the game, which was great! Not sure if that would be the first place I’d go to again to watch a game? Would probably try to find a better place, and use this as a decent backup. Chicken quesadillas were solid, and the pretzel was good!

The meal was good ,the quality and the overall experience was standard . The menu was similar offering like a sports bar. The lobster roll was not what I was expecting and could have tasted better. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the decor added to the overall cultural atmosphere. Last week, my experience at this restaurant wasn’t great — the burgers were overcooked and the fries were not good, which was disappointing.
However, I decided to give it another chance today, and I’m really glad I did. The manager and the server Angeliq were extremely attentive, kind, and genuinely concerned about providing a great experience. Their professionalism and care completely changed my impression.
Today’s visit was excellent, and it’s clear that they truly value their customers and feedback. Because of the outstanding service and the improved experience, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made things right.

The burgers with fries were enjoyed by the 3 who got them. The prime rib was delicious but only came with mashed potatoes no veg which was surprising. My fish was not a good quality fish in my opinion and the tarter sauce tasted off. You did get lots of fish. I doubt we will go again.

We walked in around 5 pm on Sunday 10/26. We thought we were waiting behind another customer that was at the host stand but it ended up being an employee who finally turned around and the rest of the employees could see us to say hi. The man was chewing on a toothpick and proceeded to pick out his teeth as he was the one taking us to our table.
We ordered a couple beers and my husband got the zinger mountain and I got the mac and cheese. The waitress hit me in the forehead with the menu and didn’t say anything at first but then asked if she hit me. She asked me somewhat sarcastically if I wanted ice but I was more surprised than anything that she wasn’t acknowledging what happened. It wasn’t serious or anything but sometimes it would just be nice for someone to acknowledge what they did.
The service was mediocre, the food was good and the TVs were blaring so loud you can’t have a conversation with the person across the table from you. It’s one thing to get folks hyped for the games that are playing but this was excessive.

Lou the Manager, has a phenomenal staff and provides a comfortable atmosphere. Staff was attentive and provided great service!!! FIVE STAR Service. David was our bartender, he was pleasant and provided exceptionally service and perfect pairing of cocktails with elevated flavors. With Awesome suggestions of seasonal flavors. We Can’t say enough great things! We Appreciated your Restaurant! Happy New Year 2026!

All of my praise and compliments go to our server, Cameron. He was so polite, friendly, upbeat, kind, patient and funny. The food is absolutely amazing and it’s not super loud until later in the evening. I have nothing but nice things to say. Thank you Cameron for making this night memorable for me and my parents, and for making mine and my partner’s first time at Miller’s a night to remember.
