Overall, I had a really good experience at Miller’s Ale House. I ordered the sirloin and fried shrimp with green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy — a combo that sounded like a guaranteed win, and honestly, it mostly was.
My steak did come out rare when I ordered it medium, so it took a quick trip back to the kitchen. Round two came back medium rare instead, which still wasn’t exactly what I asked for, but at that point the steak and I had bonded. It was flavorful, tender, and close enough that I happily ate it anyway.
The fried shrimp were crispy and well seasoned, the mashed potatoes with gravy were pure comfort food, and the green beans were a little too ripe for my taste — not terrible, just not my favorite supporting character.
Our waitress was amazing, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was great, which made the whole experience even better.
All in all, good food, great service, and a dinner story I’ll laugh about later. I’d definitely come back again!

Food came out cold and uncooked. First wing eaten was red as in photo. The spinach dip was cold and texture was as if it was sitting there for a bit. Service was decent. They recooked wings but took 20 minutes if not longer. Overall very disappointed in the quality of food and the amount of time it took from ordering to receiving the food. No manager came to table. How can you bring out raw chicken and not have the audacity to at least apologize and make sure the guest are taken care of. Staff tonight dropped the ball. Disgusting.

Good dinner choices but app menu needs some improvement. Years ago they had the best chicken nachos around, but now they use cheese sauce instead of melted cheddar cheese and shredded dark meat instead of white meet.

Must have the Zinger’s Mountain Melt!! So delicious 17 sauces to choose from. Bailey Espresso and Mai Tai I would not order again… the Lemon Drop was just ok this time.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was good. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice in food. I ordered the chicken wings…when I received the food the wings were warm but not hot as they should be.
After sending them back, after a few minutes I had my order back. This time they were hot but when I bit into them they were not well cooked as I had requested. My husband ordered the boneless wings and he said they were “ok.”
Now, the dessert we ordered was out of this world. Large piece, enough for my husband and I, plus!!
We will be back but not for the food. Only dessert.

Great experience our waitress Madd D was awesome!!! Food was good and quick. Will be back. Yea I ate that big burger with the cheese sticks on it. It was good I must say.

Chain restaurants are not supposed to be this good. On a recent visit to Lady Lake, Florida I had the choice of what seemed to be a hundred restaurants near The Villages. Every meal I had at Miller’s was top quality. The service was attentive, professional, and personable. Each time I dined, I had something different, including Mimi’s Bowl, Zingers, the Big Red chicken sandwich, Cobb Salad and one of the very best burgers I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The prices are very fair considering what restaurants are having to charge these days. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the dozens of beers on tap and bottle. No wonder the parking lot is always full at Miller’s Ale House. Keep up the great work!

Family Friendly location, sports bar atmosphere. Booth seating in main dining room or enclosed bar seating available in separate area. Fantastic value & quality food was featured. Our waitress CeeCee was friendly & personable. She provided swift, prompt service with a smile. Food portions were perfect size & was very tasty! Price point was a great value which makes it affordable for anyone to go if they desire a bang for their buck! I would definitely come back with my family next time we are in The Villages.

My family and I have eaten here several times before, and it’s always been great, BUT NO TODAYS TAKE OUT ORDER!!!!
We called in for one order of 24 count of wings, all flats, and a side of extra sauce.
I didn’t check the order because I didn’t think I really needed to, BUT I NEEDED TO!
I would say over half of the wings they gave us were HOURS old! I have even included pictures for you to see….
They were old, crusted up, DRIED OUT wings that were more similar to jerky. Whoever the cook was that sent these out KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING as it’s obvious just how bad these things are/were.
That will be OUR LAST TIME visiting or ordering from Millers Ale House again……and truly feel like they owe me the $30 I just wasted on this garbage.
