I asked for a manager that didn’t even directly speak to me she used an employee to middle man the message, trying to fix something that should be so simple. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND FOOD DO NOT COME HERE. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN I WILL TELL PEOPLE NOT TO COME HERE AND I WILL TALK Honestly ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 1 HR TO MESS UP MY FOOD ORDER AND THEN PUT ME IN, ALL OF YOU DESERVE TO WORK AT MCDONALDS!!!

I dont like giving 3 stars but I went through drive thru it did take a while but I ordered spicy mcchickens with extra mayo but when I got them..there was literally nothing. Just a plain mcchicken!! Thankfully I parked to make sure my order was right but I went inside and the manager fixed it up right away. It was good nonetheless but I wish I didn’t have to go inside to have them fix my order.

They prioritize door dash and Uber eats over in person customers. It took me 5 minutes to get a person’s attention then almost another 5 for the sauce the missed. This is an every time thing.

This was the worse experience. I don’t often eat fast food, but this is one of the reason why: Fries sitting in the warmer, but still cold, ordered fresh, he took them back along with another customer with same complaint. He put the fries on edge of fry counter, threw the (FRIES) in garbage and used the same container, switching mine and the ladies box. The cashier corrected him again. Fish was cold, went inside to get my money back, manager finally came over with the fresh bag of same order, hot fish and fries slightly hotter than before, no tops for the drink at drink counter, which was filthy. The pro in this is these kids have somewhere to work, but the con is, leadership isn’t it, at this establishment.

Shanice really does go above and beyond. She is usually at the drive thru window in the mornings and always makes my iced coffee perfectly. I’ve had a lot of people make my iced coffee but she puts the perfect measurements. She is always smiling , happy and has a great attitude. Thank you Shanice.
