A dirty and incompetent place. Employees are very slow with extremely poor customer service. Multiple employees have walked by and not assisted me even though I’ve asked. I’ve been altogether ignored. One of the employees carried his skateboard through the kitchen right past food being prepared… Another employee was eating ice with her hands while sitting on the counter with her back to customers.

Terrible – More than 40’ to deliver a couple of sandwiches and fries and they even managed to get the order wrong. Poor service and attendance and manager did not even bother to come out to say sorry. Dining here takes more than at a fine restaurant – avoid!

Service was horrible!!!!! Wait time inside was ridiculous for me putting in a mobile order. Should of just went through drive thru but that line was also long and slow. Go in the inside thinking I’m saving time with the mobile order. Nope!! Only for me to wait 20 mins on a burger and fry. The 2 gentleman had been waiting longer than me for a nugget and apple pie which they didnt let them know they were cooking. No urgency at all from the workers. Need better customer service across the board. Maybe get some workers on day shift who actually want to do they’re job! #Disappointedcustomer

Terrible experience at this McDonalds! They concentrated on drive thru and neglected the dine-in, takeout and DoorDash customers. My husband and I ordered at the kiosk for dine-in, sat down and waited for nearly 30 mins we observed many workers completely ignore all the customers inside the store and give all the food to drive thur. After waiting we got up to ask about our order and was told they had a lot of orders so we asked for a refund. Took 10 more mins to get a refund and they told our order had been ready along time ago but was left on the counter by the worker and never served to us at our table!! What!!! Who does that! We got a refund and will never return to this place nor do we recommend!

i came in the lobby at 9pm and the place had people inside and no one near the register like 5 minutes or more some girl comes out the back saying the lobby is closed… how is it closed at 9pm? how is it closed but there’s ppl eating inside and doors open? horrible that’s why they work at mcdonald’s they need to hire competent people

Please do not order in this store the menu in the order app is not updated,came here bunch of order with mccaffee frappe..and they will gave you an option of different drinks that ypu dont like. Cause that frappee wasnt availablebut it doesnt say in the menu…this is not happened to me once but a lot of times.

went through the drive through and made a large order for my family. got to the window and asked for some buffalo sauce and sweet and sour and the girl that i asked was named maryland had the most disgusting attitude and was arguing with me about giving me sauce then proceeded to tell me i had to give her sauces back in order to get more of the other kind. horrible customer service.
