We started out sitting near the kitchen at the bar, and while the bartender was fantastic, there was a bit of an unexpected smell coming from the kitchen. No problem though—we just moved down to the other end of the bar, and the bartender was more than happy to accommodate us with a smile. She mixed up an amazing drink, got our food out quickly, and everything tasted really good. In the end, we had a great time, enjoyed our meal, and left happy!

We had the most excellent waitress i have ever had out of all restaurants I’ve been to. The food was great. There was 8 in our party and everyone enjoyed their food . It was a birthday lunch and even the chef came out with a surprise and sang happy birthday with all of us. Would definitely recommend this place and will go again. Great exp.

Been here a few times. Every time I’ve been, there was something not good. One time overcooked steak and another time something else. Tried it one more time about a week ago. Got the Osso Buco with Vegetables. Staring me right in the face was a long black hair intermingled in my vegetables. Grossed me right out! Told my waitress and they offered a new meal. Since the hair was only on the vegetables, I kept the meat since I didn’t want to sit there with nothing. They brought over new vegetables on separate little plate. So I ended up eating my meal on 2 little plates. Manager came by. Thought maybe to offer to take my meal off the bill. Nope! Just apologized. That’s it for me. I’m done with them. 3 strikes you’re out. It’s too bad because I live close by.

Very decent. Came here because people kept telling me to come here. The word of mouth about this place alone is impressive. And by mouth I was impressed too. The prime rib burger was a superb blend of flavors and perfectly executed. The whole menu made it hard to chose along with seeing other people get their food and everything looked amazing. Will definitely come back to try other things. Their beer prices are awesome too. Great place for a draft.

We normally love Ale House and I get that this location just opened BUT you bring in trainers from other stores to make sure a new location is ready and your kitchen isn’t, in fact, ready. We waited to try this spot out bc we figured it would be rough but not this long into opening.
We always sit at the bar. Walked up to sit and had to choose 2 seats that didn’t have full dirty dishes in front it. Easily 15 seats had this. Not only that but the end of the bar was COVERED in dirty glasses as the bartender had no help to get these done. We watched server after server drop more glasses into this pile instead of helping. Eventually 1 girl did come help.
Bartender took a while to get to us with 7 guests seated but she’s nice.
Main complaint is the food. We couldn’t even comment about it to anyone bc they keep walking by, so by the time you get 85% of the way through when starving, it’s too late. Ordered a med rare burger with a runny egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese and candied bacon. Received a well done burger with regular bacon, hard egg and brown lettuce. Ordered zingers and fries too. Received 5 zingers and 1 unknown fried item with fries. We also watched the kitchen staff eating in the window in plain sight.
There’s no teamwork here or accountability. No one checks back & mgmt is invisible.
We’re going to give it another couple of months before returning and hope that this is seriously figured out.
