Worst service, Worst burger, EVER!
So here’s how the phone call started
.. Me – I need to place a pick-up order.
BB – How many items? (Huh?)
Me – 4 burgers
BB – we can only take 2 items. You will need to place your order online.
Me – I’m driving. I guess I can make an order for 2 and hang up and call back for the other 2?
BB – I don’t think that will work sir.
Me – I’m driving. Do y’all not want my business?
BB – Hold on and let me ask.
BB – We can take your order.
Here’s one of the burgers I ordered-
A Bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled chilies, and grilled mushrooms.

The food came out fast. It was hot and fresh tasting. The burgers were big, flavorful, and juicy. Onion rings were crispy, and the sweet potato fries were very tasty. If we are ever back in Uvalde, we will stop by Billy’s and get a burger. Thank you!
I came here with my family after a long hike at Garner State Park, expecting a great meal to top off our day. Instead, what we got was absolutely nothing. After waiting for over 35 minutes and watching other tables get their food, I finally asked Jonathon L. where our order was. His response? A total lack of accountability and customer care.
Instead of trying to solve the issue or at least checking in on us, he completely threw his team under the bus. He didn’t even know how to process a refund, so he called someone (presumably his boss) to “let them know they were busy” — which was complete nonsense because the place was far from busy (check #397568 if you need proof).
My child was hungry, I was frustrated, and the entire experience was just miserable. I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but instead, I left with nothing but disappointment. If you want good service and food, avoid this place. The total lack of urgency or care for their customers is unbelievable.
This is, by far, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never be coming back.
The drive-through is just as bad. The staff act like you’re supposed to memorize the menu already, which makes zero sense for people who aren’t locals. It’s unprofessional and lazy.
The food itself is nothing special. For the price they charge, it’s definitely not worth it. Between the missing items, poor service, and overpriced food, this place is more trouble than it’s worth.
