This is the third time I’ve ordered the baked shrimp scampi in the past six months. The first time I dined in and it was amazing. Cheesy, gooey and well seasoned. The second time I ordered to go got a watery sauce with no bread crumbs. I wanted to give them another chance and hope that was a one off. But I was disappointed the third time as well watery sauce, overcooked pasta and barely and breadcrumbs. Shrimp was good though. I hope they can be more consistent with this dish for others. I was hungry so ate what I could but I won’t be ordering from here again. Disappointing because I really enjoyed it the first time. No issues with service when I’ve been there twice.

The waiter misheard my order and I was occupied with a toddler when she ran it back to me. When she brought out the wrong order she made it seem like it was my fault. When I clearly said the correct order the first time. She didn’t hear me and just couldn’t own up to that or even apologize. Her energy was just super weird and unfriendly from the beginning (even before she got my order wrong). Secondly, its nice if waiters tell you what the daily specials are. She didn’t. I was excited to go there but it was just a massive disappointment. Food was pretty cold. The host and manager were nice though. Waiter needs to work on customer service. If you’re not a people-person or unfriendly being a waiter may not be the job for you.

My friend invited me to this location because I’ve never been to a millers before. I asked a greeter with multi colored hair that was the first impression of the establishment, where the bathroom was and she explained in little detail to someone that has never been to a millers before let alone that location “the right back corner” she didn’t specify that as a customer that you should only go one way to the bathroom so when the same person explains more when I found myself near the employee area it really made me frustrated. I explained the situation with my friend while I was upset and she overheard me. Instead of apologizing for not explaining something that anyone that is new would ask, she had a temper tantrum and kept her eyes on me for the rest of my time at this establishment. To add to this issue, our waitress also expressed an unruly attitude like she didn’t want to serve us. It’s like everyone here doesn’t want to work at their job positions and they take It out on customers. The food was ok at first but I ended up getting sick from it so I would never go back to this location under any circumstances. I didn’t feel welcomed and the food wasn’t worth it. My friend realized that it was the first time that I never finished a burger and that’s what I would normally get anywhere that has it available.

Food is amazing and well priced, how ever the server Bella is absolutely horrible! She is more concerned about standing there on the phone then helping tables, I’ve had her 3 times everytime she is either no where to be found or standing on her phone, she has a attitude and makes asking for the smallest things seem like torture. After getting my menu tonight I had to wait over 10 mins for her to come back and ask if I was ready to order.

Sorry Millers…but you do seem to be slipping in the consistency department.
Mac and cheese needs an overhaul and was just plain tasteless, last weekend.
Football action and munchies seem to take precedence so if you’re interested in better food, go during Sunday games.
Wings however, are still great! Love the fact that you can get all flats ( and I do!)

Food was ok !! We have a couple drinks!! But service. Was. Not great!! Server was no where to be found!! Very disappointed. We went for a friend birthday there!! We feel unwelcome the night! I hope next time. They take care better the customers
