My daughter and I visited the Milkshake Factory in McMurray this evening. A young lady by the name of Olivia helped us. I must say I wish every establishment had an Olivia. She was professional, helpful and happy, and seemed to genuinely love her job. The establishment was clean and the milkshake was delicious. Awesome!

Sarah made me such a fantastic shake!! I told her what I typically like in a milkshake (peanut butter with chocolate ice cream) and she got to work. She made me the PeanutButter Brownie Batter shake and It was fantastic! Atmosphere is wonderful and Sarah represents the business and staff extremely well!

The girls behind the counter were very nice and the place was clean. We ordered two milkshakes – both had very nice presentations. We liked that they were on the thinner side, but the flavor was just not there. They add a wedge of chocolate on the top, but neither one of us cared for the taste. I’d like to go back and try something else on their menu since there was a nice variety. However, during this visit, I wasn’t thrilled.

It was my first time going into Milkshake Factory this past weekend and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was very welcoming and the milkshakes me and my kids got were incredible!! One of the managers, Kelan, was delightful to talk to and very nice! I will definitely be going back soon

Worst $7.00 I ever spent. I ordered a salted Caramel milkshake (which I’ve done numerous times at both, this location and Bridgeville, and they have always been good). I got a cup of salt and milk with a dollop of whip cream. There was no milkshake texture and no caramel. Even with the whip cream, it didn’t reach the top of the cup. Definitely shouldn’t have left a tip!

Stupid they sale only ONE size of milkshake. Not everyone can afford to waste $7 for a milkshake for a four yr old that would never be able to drink it. The girls there were very nice though. Maybe they need to think about accommodating customers of all sizes
