The MilkShake Factory has a lot going for it. It’s in a good location and the building exterior looks welcoming. The interior is crisp white and looks clean. The people are friendly and helpful. The variety of ice cream treats the place offers is impressive.
However, there is some room for improvement as well. My wife ordered a Peanut Butter Bananas & Cream Molten Cup and said it was quite tasty with plenty of peanut butter taste. I got a simple, classic chocolate milkshake. It was smooth and tasty, but with one basic flaw. There were small clumps of what appeared to be unsweetened cocoa throughout the shake. The small clumps were not too off putting, but I got a few large clumps that made the milkshake generally unsatisfactory. However, I did appreciate the extra-wide straws that made sipping the shake easy.
Overall, the place has great promise and potential. But a place that calls itself MilkShake Factory should serve an absolutely flawless milkshake. This time, the factory came up a little short.

We visited the Milkshake Factory, which recently opened, and as expected, there was a long line—it’s clearly a hit! I went with a classic vanilla milkshake, and my wife had a cookie milkshake. Both were delicious and full of flavor. Definitely a new favorite spot on the island—you’ve got to try it!

The Milkshake Factory was excellent! I got the cake batter milkshake and it was absolutely delicious. The Dubai chocolate bars were top notch and such a great deal considering the usual price of Dubai chocolate. The lines were long, but totally worth the wait. Highly recommend this spot!

We were here in Hilton Head for sisters week get away. This popped up on my instagram and decided to give it a try. Man, I’m so glad we did, we shared a chocolate covered strawberry shake and a vanilla shake. So delicious! We will be back for sure while we’re here.

Went in a couple weeks ago, and I must say their younger staff members are extremely kind and respectful. Especially two young lady’s that were working very hard and swiftly. Overall the milkshakes were great and I will definitely be returning again!

This place is a must! We got the chocolate dipped strawberry milkshake which was absolutely delicious and came with a perfect chocolate covered strawberry on top. There are a variety of unique milkshake options as well as classic milkshakes, non-dairy options, chocolate bark, and more. Friendly and kind staff as well! Will definitely be a frequent flyer here!

This factory is located in a really nice place and has amazing service. Shakes are well priced and have many delicious options. I ordered the Root Beer Float which was really good. I love how you can add your own amount of root beer. . I will 100% come back!!!
