The idea is simple. If you use top quality ingredients and hire great people you get better pizza. We operate like a family. Sometimes we disagree, but the vast majority of the time we get along. Our stores are run like a well oiled machine. The most important thing is that we love what we do and it shows in our products. We are so happy we can just give back to the communities that have made us great.

We ordered the medium pepperoni with their “round” house crust, and an order of the iced cinnamon sugar sticks dessert. The pizza crust was absolutely amazing. I think the dough for the dessert was fried but it was absolutely delicious. There was definitely enough cheese on the pizza, it arrived super hot, and you don’t have to ask for extra pepperoni because there’s plenty. Our first time eating here as we were from out of town. The man on the phone who I talked to when I placed my order was extremely friendly and so was the guy who delivered our pizza to the hotel.

Ordered two pizzas bread sticks and cinnamon sticks with a couple drinks. I could not eat my pizza it was Burnt see picture. Never had problems in the past so did not call and complain but will not order any pizzas with bacon from them again.

I have been eating food from here for 5 years and hands down this Pizzaria has the best pizza, pasta, and subs I’ve ever had. Every item is highly customizable to taste.
My go-to is a deep dish chicken Alfredo pizza with Parm all over and sesame seed crust. I also love their spicy ranch and get it all the time on the chicken bacon ranch. I love that the crust is just as deliciously edible as the rest of the pizza no matter if you get the regular round, deep dish, or thin crust.
My favorite sub is the Milanos Club with spicy ranch (minus the lettuce and onion bc I don’t like excess crunch in my sandwich) cut in 4 for easy consumption.
The staff are very friendly and the service is always excellent. Any mistakes are handled as soon as possible to the best of their ability because quality food and quality service is their bread and butter.

This is the only pizza place that delivers to my house, so I may be a bit biased, but Milano’s Pizza is the BEST pizza place in Saginaw. Their food is always incredible, I can tell they use quality ingredients. The delivery drivers are always super nice too. Its clear they really care about their customers’ experiences.

Hands down some of the best pizza I’ve had here in saginaw! Been a returning customer for years now. The spicy ranch is 100% the greatest sauce on the planet for me at least ! And the Loaded Pepperoni Supreme is my go to Pizza every time because it is a pepperoni lovers dream pizza !! Can’t get enough of this place !

I’m going to give them 5 Stars, I’m not a fan of thicker pizza, next time I’d order it thinner if possible? Not think crust though like regular pizza.
It was good we can just not what I was looking for but I will tell you what some of the best customer service that I’ve had in a long time.
I’d mention that I moved here about 4 months ago from New Jersey and I really haven’t had pizza in the area other than like hungry Howie’s or something like that.
So they even called me to ask me if I liked it.
So again for that reason I would definitely go back and order it again but I would try to order it dinner but that’s why they’re definitely getting five stars because amazing customer service and it was still good.

the Garlic Cheese Bread fanominal! it wasn’t too oily, not dry byny measure, and tasted wonderful!The Mac and Cheese Pizza was absolutely fantastic as well, and the crut was as good as the Garlic Cheese Bread!!! The side pizza sauce is delicious Larger than 2 oz each, and devine! the butter garlic that came with the Garlic Cheese Bread was also delicious! Only thing I recommend is get an extra sauce for the crust to be dipped in! The crust does not need it at all, but I prefer to be “lost in the sauce.” It all came fast and I swear you can taste the love!

Ordered calzones and a small thin crust everything pizza for delivery. Both were really good. Pizza had plenty of toppings and crust was done perfectly. The delivery service was also wonderful. We will definitely have Milano’s again in the future and try more items. The manager even called to follow up on the quality of our food and service. What a welcome surprise! Best pizza I ever had! They even call you after just to make sure everything was ok with your order! By the way, I don’t even like pizza like that and I ate this pizza five days in a row.. Tried to call today to order another one but their closed don’t worry I’m gonna order one Tuesday! Great Pizza, Awesome customer service.. All around a 5 star business!!!
