THE OWNER was absolutely disgusting!! first and foremost, WHY ARE YOU HANDLING RAW MEAT WITHOUT GLOVES FOR AN ORDER?! check pics below!! i came in for a doordash order. i wanted over 10 min and they were still working on the order. i politely said ill just go ahead and cancel it cause its been over 10 min. he proceeds to yell at me and tell me to get out of his store!! i’m taken a back because i never once gave him an attitude o just | politely told him i was gonna go ahead and head out so he’s not looking for me!! i asked him why he was being so abrasive and he says “you can wait or get out” i asked to speak to a manager because of his temper tantrum and proceeded to tell he was the manager and that my order was big. my order wasn’t big. it was a single order of baked ziti and 3 SMALL DESSERTS. i took a picture of him and left. worst experience ive ever had at a restaurant and this is coming from a manager and server of 5 years from IHOP. idc how busy you are (and he wasn’t even busy! there were 2 tables in the entire building) that is no way to speak to a customer or driver!! never recommend this place for. anything. learn how to control your emotions! if i could give it 0 stars i would!

They gave me a slice of cheese pizza made yesterday and melted new cheese on it. I took one bite of the grossest slice of pizza I’ve ever had. The sauce is crusty, the dough is hard as a rock. Yesterday cheese didn’t even melt when y’all warmed it up. Disgusting and so disappointing.

When I check out a new restaurant I usually don’t know what to order mainly because I like to be recommended something to try. At Milano’s, I ordered two slices of jumbo meat lovers pizza and a side salad and it did not disappoint! The staff was kind and patient. With a menu so big there were a lot of great choices to choose from, but they helped me out and it was so good! I will be back.

Modest pizzeria with pretty good food. Sat and watched a lot of carry out leaving. Pizza, subs, calzones, Stromboli, wings, etc. Fountain service drinks. Left feeling full and refreshed. No room for any kind of dessert after eating the Stromboli. Generous seating area , the brought our food to our table. Nice.

We were at another local pizzeria in Bartlett (next to a hardware store) and walked out due to ridiculously expensive subpar pizza, fries, and service. We stopped at Milanos on 64 and were greeted by a man at the register who took our order and was very nice. Milano’s was very clean and not cluttered like our previous experience….see above. Milano’s pizza is true NY style…great crust. The breadsticks were also very good. See the picture. Awesome family experience!! Thank you Milano’s 64!
