Staff was nice. Place really needs a facelift and it was super dark and everything was so outdated. You could see the noticeable dirt on booth cushions and carpet. Food I would not recommend if you are really love Italian. The cheese sticks were served with celery and it was brown and the top portion you would normally cut off. The kids lasagna looked more like chili and tasted nothing like marinara or cheese and when you cut into it there was no sauce.

What a great experience. the food was truly amazing. Chicken piccata was by far the best I have ever had. The beef tips were made for perfection. As good if not even better than well known steak houses in Charlotte. It’s definitely worth the drive from Charlotte. You will not be disappointed. All their staff was so friendly. Definitely will be back.

Cheesesteak was dry, flavorless, and the cheese was like a hardened shell keeping it all together. Fiancé got spaghetti, would not order again. Wish it was better since it’s right across the street.

Overall, I had a good experience. Our server was shy but attentive. He check on us multiple times and made sure we had enough to eat/drink. The appetizer we got was basically a hoagie bun covered in cheese. In the menu, it was called cheesy bread. So technically, it is that, but we were expecting something else. The salad was good. The pasta was decent but the tortilleni was a little over cooked. We also had to ask for a different marina sauce because the one they used automatically had meat in it. So there were definitely vegetarian options but you had to ask for substitutions.

So first off the staff was very kind and the bread and salad were the only good things about my visit. The meat ravioli was over priced in my opinion and tasted like chef boyardee! It was very bland, there was no steam coming off of my food, and the food itself seemed lifeless and boring! If you are over the age of 60 this place might be fine with you but anyone else I definitely don’t recommend eating here unless you like unseasoned, lifeless, not fresh food! I’ve never seen any food good or bad come out in less than 7 minutes before so if you are claiming your food is fresh I highly doubt it. Just because it comes in fresh doesn’t mean it stays fresh after freezing it! I have no more to say about this place other than I’m disappointed!
