We shared a dish that was a sort of “sample platter” with spaghetti, manicotti and Italian sausage in one word, it was delectable but the best part was our efficient and attentive server – Lisa she recommended this wonderful dish and can be requested through the cheerful and very pretty hostess, Nora! We also had the owners adorable wife pop by our table and inquire about our meal, which made us feel important and speaks to this restaurants dedication to a pleasant and satisfied dining experience! I will definitely be returning soon

Called in an order for 30 wings, figuring the price would be what’s listed on their website (18 for $22 and 12 for $16). I got the same flavor for the order of 12 but broke down the order of 18 into three different flavors. When I picked them up they charged me $30 instead of the listed $22 for the 18 wings since I selected different flavors (three 6 pieces at $10 each). There’s no mention anywhere on their site or menu about having to order all 18 wings the same flavor and nobody said anything when I called. My wife had already paid and they said they couldn’t return any money unfortunately. They’d rather have a one star review and my $8.

1st time here. Had the steak, it was a special. Glad I did, taste was great,cooked as ordered. Service was awesome. The house salad dressing is absolutely delicious-a must try!! I will gladly recommend this as a stop for great food.

I placed a to-go order over the phone, and unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot. The person who answered was quite rude and lacked basic phone etiquette they gave me the total and abruptly hung up without a goodbye or any form of courtesy. A simple “have a nice day” would’ve gone a long way.
When I arrived to pick up the order the staff in person were much more pleasant and greeted me kindly, which I appreciated.
I ordered the pepperoni Stromboli but it was overly greasy to the point it made me feel nauseous. Most of the filling was seeping out and I ended up only eating the bread. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I love Milano’s. I enjoyed dinner with a group of 14 women and the service and food was wonderful. The portions for the pasta dishes were huge and many of us took home leftovers. Their prices were very reasonable too.

Family owned gem with an authentic taste of Italy and Greece!
It was Saturday night and I was going to see a movie in Simpsonville and KNEW I was never going to get anything really good to eat BUT took a leap of faith and was rewarded WAY BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS at Milano’s
FOOD> The Greek salad is fresh and has lovely mixed greens tomatoes cucumbers carrots pepperoncini Greek olives tons of feta piled on top (and huge) and the house made Greek vinaigrette dressing is fabulous!!!! I usually add chicken and might next time (it’s only a couple of dollars and change to add grilled chicken)
The tea was sweet and Kelli made sure that my glass was full
For my main I chose the chicken stromboli stuffed to the brim with grilled chicken onions mushrooms and green peppers *made as a calzone (again just for a couple of dollars extra) – it was a feast for the eyes nose and good to the last morsel. So much so that I regret that I didn’t leave room for the tempting cannoli there were gorgeous chocolate and classic and baklava in there calling my name!
Can you hear them??!! I STILL DO!!
SERVICE> We were greeted so warmly and from there Kelli was warm and attentive, I highly recommend her. She expertly helped navigate my special requests and got everything just right with a sweet smile and I watched her help everyone as if we were all her family. The salad came out super quickly and even though they were super busy the pie came out much faster than if I was anywhere else on a Saturday night for sure!
Everyone was being cared for and all the guests looked as happy as I did!
ATMOSPHERE> This is a warm, lovely, elegant, well appointed eatery where I would take my family or someone I love for a romantic date or even a group of friends for a wonderful time guaranteed
VALUE> Excellent value for the amount of great quality of fresh food you get that is very well prepared
