I am only trying to be honest with the four stars across the different categories. I am 100% satisfied the few times I’ve been here. Food is hot, tasty, and fairly priced. Service is prompt and friendly. The building is rustic and plain, but it is not filled with TVs and loud music ( a bonus for me).

Really enjoyed the mocha! The right balance of sweet, earthy, and creamy! Get it Everytime.

It is very seriously worth a try and we go fairly often. Recommend going outside of busy hours as you may have to be put on a wait-list.

Absolutely loved the Peppermint Mocha, I would come back for just that alone! The Salmon Benedict was fair but I’m looking forward to trying some of their other menu options.

When we arrived we were told it was a 20 minute wait. But it took them over an hour to get us seated.
The Cafe mocha was perfectly hot and satisfying. But the eggs were fairly cold and unseasoned.

Quaint little place with great service. We were fortunate to have arrived early enough so didn’t have to wait. The Salmon Benedict was delicious, though I would have liked a runny yolk instead of an over medium fried egg. The server did provide extra hollandaise sauce to compensate.

Shelby is absolutely spectacular. She knew my friend who’s a regular here, but I was here for the first time. She was so much fun and helped me understand the best way to order the delicious coffees and specialty drinks.. I can’t wait to come back.

Tucked away in downtown Liberty is a nice little place for those looking to enjoy a great brunch. The service was attentive and great (Michaela)! Both versions of the eggs Benedict (regular and salmon) were excellent and worth every penny. The pancake was okay (a little on the powdery side). Solid food quality and atmosphere, larger parties may have to wait during their peak times. Highly recommend!

Today we tried a new place, it was Ginger Sue’s. I was looking for something new and decided to Google places near Gladstone. A lot of places that were listed that I’ve tried and liked before but they didn’t sound right. A reddit post had a quick little comment that Ginger Sue’s needed to be placed on the list of places to eat north of the river. I thought, what the heck lets check it out. I decided on the breakfast burrito and the gravey scramble. The breakfast burrito was a crepe and not a flour tortilla. That piqued my interest, the crepe was amazing, the chorizo had a bite, the avocado was firm, the sour cream and salsa topped the whole thing off perfectly. Just the right amount of ingredients to get a flavourful explosion with every bite, and the breakfast potatoes were perfectly fried. The homemade sausage gravy on the scrambler was absolutely one of my favorites. The aroma from the herbs used was like a gift, present with every bite. The mushrooms were perfectly sautéed to be firm yet soft, the sausage, ham and onions were absolutely delicious. While under the whole thing those fried potatoes maintained their own separate flavor and texture, slightly crispy and full of wholesome goodness. If you’re looking for a place thats not too far and feels like home its Ginger Sue’s. I only wish I would’ve taken a photo of the breakfast burrito before I devoured the thing. I will definitely be adding Ginger Sue’s to my list of favorite places.

Hands down, the most delicious bacon I have ever had. I love bacon and this was so different, they add rosemary and some other stuff to it, I ordered it crispy and when it came out I thought it was burnt, but no, it was the seasoning.
Bravo Ginger Sue. (The French toast was good also)

Stepping into Ginger Sues is always a treat! From the moment you walk in, the servers are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home.

!The French toast is an absolute must-try. They make it with long slices of French bread, which gives it this incredible texture and flavor you just don’t find anywhere else. And if you’re looking for something refreshing, their smoothies are delicious – the perfect complement to any breakfast.

Great food and great service! The portions are amazing for the price as well. It is very loud in here though. There are no soft surfaces so when they are busy you can not hear the person you are with (I’m in my 30’s with intact hearing). Would still recommend!
