I have had milano’s a few times now, & everytime I have been very pleased with their food & service. Their food is excellent, & satisfying. Today I ordered their super nacho, & it was one of the best nachos I’ve had in a long time from a restaurant. I had them put salsa on it throughout the layers, and it was not soggy at all when it arrived. It was delicious.
Only thing that I did notice, is the nacho size is a bit small, size options would be nice but overall, they are great & I will continue to order from them!
Mr. Mozzarella used to be the place I’d go for take out, but I think that just changed.

Visited Milano’s recently and had a great experience. The chicken nachos were loaded, fresh, and full of flavour — perfect to share. The chilly Thai pizza was a standout, with a nice balance of sweet and spicy and a crispy crust.
Service was quick and friendly, and the overall vibe was relaxed. Definitely a solid spot if you’re craving something tasty and satisfying. Would come back again!

We’ve ordered takeout from here a few times and the staff and service is amazing, and they make sure you get exactly what you ordered – especially is there are any customizations. Pizza’s are great, so is the poutine (best in Prescott I’d say!) and amazing burgers. 10/10 recommend!

Their pizza is fabulous. They have a good selection of crust. My favorite is the regular crust. Nice and thick with the perfect crust. Ingredients are fresh and pizzas are never too greasy. Service is fast with a friendly smile. Always recommend this place

They’re genuinely nice to interact with. I’ve found a lot in recent years that the people working at Mr.Mozzarella in our town are pretty blah and although they aren’t rude there, the Milanos staff are quite cheery in comparison. The food is priced fairly reasonably, considering the cost of living these days. The delivery staff has more than once gone above and beyond to make sure we’ve gotten our food because our old building was really confusing and they did call my cell phone and let me know that they were there if they had any issues getting it figured out. One time they waited like 15 minutes when I didn’t Answer my phone and he even pointed out that he was only able to do that because he didn’t have any other orders waiting, so he obviously had other customers in mind when he made that decision to wait all in all they’ve been pretty pleasant to order from where we always order from now Even though Mr. mozzarella is a 30 second walk away. I also appreciate the option to order online because I do kind of prefer that a lot of the time. The only issues that I’ve had are that I find the crust can be a A little bland, but that’s really not the end of the world. I also love the dough ball in the middle because it totally reminds me of growing up and I hadn’t seen it in quite a while. I am a little sad about the price of salads as well, but they’re expensive no matter where you go these days and it blows my mind because I don’t really know where they cost is coming From after being a chef for 12 years myself But I appreciate that they offer them regardless.

We ordered several pizzas, and everything was delicious! Pizzas were ready and waiting for pick up when I requested, and the manager even helped bring everything to my car in the pouring rain! Amazing customer service and would highly recommend this place.

Ordered dinner for the kids friday night thinking this would be an easier option, however, food arrived after an hour and a half, cold and under cooked, with deep fried cheese curds that looked like small crumbs of batter with no cheese

owner of restaurant called me in what i can only deem as an attempt to possibly rectify the situation and proceeded to man-splain that my online order (which i recieved email confirmation for) was not placed correctly and blame me for the service received. i reiterrate I will never order here again and would recommend against anyone ordering from here if you value quality at all.
Would like to point out pay attention to the people who make comments of “good ratings” for this place…. versus the ones who make negative ….paid/family/friend ratings? ♀️

I was amazed by how quickly my order arrived — hot and fresh! The store has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the pizzas taste authentic and flavorful. Totally worth every penny!
