Honestly? Milano’s has absolutely ruined us for any other pizza place. It’s the BEST. Every other place around pales in comparison. We tried it on a whim almost 5 years ago now and were blown away by how far it exceeded our expectations! Pizza? Bomb diggity! No matter which one you get you’re going to love it; lots of sauce and cheese and fresh tasty toppings (no dry chicken or sad steak here)! I personally recommend the cowboy pizza if you like meat – a single slice is like an entire meal. Salads? Fresh and generous portions of toppings and a wide variety of dressings (the steak salad is amazing with tender, freshly grilled steak). It’s ready every time within 15 minutes and the people that work there are always over the top nice, even on a Friday night when they are clearly crazy busy with orders.
The two pizza sizes are hilarious though: small is super tiny and cute and extra large is giant and amazing. Don’t bother with the small – you know you want the giant one and just enjoy the leftovers (if you’re lucky to have any). Love, love, LOVE this place!

Amazing quality and VERY FAR PRICING, especially now with prices going up, they give you plenty of food for the price 5 fast & friendly service ✌️ you want fresh quality food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go!! I saw one of the pizzas come out as I was waiting for my sandwich and OMG I will be trying that next time!! Fresh and delicious looking, CLEAN FOR DINING IN & FAST TO-GO! NO WASTED MONEY HERE!

Milanos is incredible! We love their food, best pizza around! Their customer service is even better than their food. They are quick, nice, and even gave my son a cookie when we went to pickup our order just because ❤️
They are truly a great establishment and we will miss them when we move but will order from them everytime we come back.

We used to go to this restaurant 10 years ago and it was really good pizza back then, and now we came back to Billerica to visit and try it one more time, We were scared that it wouldn’t taste as good anymore because that is what happens with most restaurants, but that didn’t happen at all we were not disappointed with the food and service, we said that it’s been ten years and that we came from Texas to try it one more time, this pizza is truly amazing and they even gave us a free big bottle of coke along with the pizza, and it was tasty. The staff were very nice, but the only problem was the parking, but it’s worth it because the pizza tastes the same and really amazing.

Service is quick max 10 mins and your pizza should be with you.
The parking is a bit tight, they only have a few spots … for me I had no problem, luckily got a spot immediately.

I have had better pizza from a rusted out food truck in the middle of the woods at a trail riding park at 3a.m. The dough was dry like it was days old. The pizza was like a stale cracker someone soaked up beer with. My wife’s salad was wilted and the croutons were soggy and had a funny smell. For sure no pride was taken in preparing anything!

Dangerous. Spent over $100 on dinner and my entire family was violently ill for two days straight. It was the only food we all ate, so there is no doubt it came from here. We were stuck in the bathroom and completely bedridden since. Zero stars. I honestly didn’t even want to do this but it had to be done.
