First visit. Delicious seafood. Great prices, massive portions. The leftovers were the size of another meal! I like that the back of the menu tells you exactly the source of each seafood items. They have daily specials as well as all you can eat for those daily specials. I can’t handle that though! I would come here again the next time time that I am in town.

So happy to have this place near my house. Every dish came with enjoyment- crunch hushpuppies (we ordered extra even), well seasoned fresh perches (so yum), and clam chowder soup(yay!). Make sure when you enter, write down your name and number of parties on the yellow notes. Then the lady will guide you to the table. Will come back here again!

My friend was dying for some seafood while in the mountains. Went into Mike’s seafood, and I’d say the decor is outdated. A new can of paint, a good dusting job, and just a little tlc would do them a little good. The service was great. the younger lady was attentive and provided her opinion on the food. The hushpuppies and homemade honey butter was the best item for me. Great batter, seasoned perfect. The fish, in my opinion, was bland. I got the lemon butter seasoning with it broiled. I didn’t care for it. The coleslaw was fresh, but i like a wet coleslaw. Theirs was dry with now flavor. Baked poatoe was overcooked and prolly been in the oven for hours.

Staff was great. The hushpuppies were excellent. The Cole slaw was bland. The onion rings would’ve been great if the batter would have had some seasoning/taste. I got the all you can eat popcorn shrimp and could taste nothing but the fried batter. The Crab Cakes were overcooked and tasted fishy. The kids meal with the whitefish was good.

This place is a hidden gem y’all!!! On our way back to the KOA, we stopped in for lunch after our nice hike at the Linville Falls. We came in with hearty appetites and Mike’s Inland Seafood did not disappoint! We began with a wonderful greeting from our waitress Ms Robin, who was just as sweet as Pecan Pie! We are visiting the area for two months, we will definitely be back again and again and, we will be sure to call ahead to make sure Ms Robin is there! I am confident all of the staff is just as sweet but, we thoroughly enjoyed Ms Robin’s sweet Southern hospitality. They serve beer and wine. The creamy ‘to-die-for’ Clam Chowder was excellent! The seafood we ordered was awesome! The portions were plentiful and the prices are very reasonable. Don’t just drive by without stopping in like we have been for the past two weeks. I promise you, you will keep coming back after that first stop. We sure will! Keep up the great work y’all!

This was an awesome treat. The food from the hushpuppies, clam chowder, seafood platter,and crab legs were amazing. The waitress was friendly. The area was nice and clean. No crumbs in the floor anywhere. The sweet tea tasted as if I made it myself. We’re from SC and our family knows seafood being commercial fisherman. I would have given 100 stars if I could have. Thanks Mike for an awesome dinner. We felt right at home with a home cooked meal from you.

Seafood was better than some seafood restaurant’s near the ocean! Walking in it defintely had a Long John Silvers vibe. Waitress brought out hushpuppies and they were so good. All of our food was prepared well and tasted so good! Would recommend if you’re looking for a seafood place in Boone area!
