I and my family have been coming here for years even for the Super Bowl and birthday we come here . But that lady in take out today *with the locs* Mia was RUDE and obviously was not prepared to work today . I drove 25 minutes because I love their wings . I was trying to place an order in the app but unable to add my offer . As I explained my challenges at the register to Mia , Mia gave me this blank stare as if I was asking a stupid question . I checked myself quickly and knew I wasn’t rude or anything . I looked at her and said to her never mind you don’t want to help and walked out . But I turned around went back in because I drove miles to support this restaurant and secondly to feed my family . If you play around with the app , I’m sure 3 out of 5 ppl would have had the same challenge in the app trying to add their rewards .
Thankful for the manager guy who helped me navigate the app so that I can redeem my offer in the app . But MIA HAS TO GOOOOOOO SHE IS NOT TRAINING MATERIAL WITH THAT ATTITUDE !

Had a not so great to go experience initially, but I want to give major credit where it’s due. The manager, Hope, truly went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated how she handled the situation with care and professionalism.
On my next visit, Alex on to go was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. Because of Hope and Alex, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you both for turning a rough experience into a great one!

The BDubs in Ridgeland is one of our favorite places to go as a family. The people are always so nice and we enjoy hanging out there. We go every Thursday for BOGO boneless and cold draft beer!

I’ve visited this location many times in past and have always had a pleasant experience. I went on Veterans Day because they offered us 10 wings and fries at no cost. I definitely appreciate this!!! It’s very kind and thoughtful.
My cousin (his 1st visit) and I were discussing the many television sets. He was amazed at all the television sets. I asked one of the workers how many had been installed and he said he wasn’t sure. So I decided to count and there were 66. The number could possibly be higher but definitely not lower. No matter where you sit, you can easily watch a tv!
This is the best place to go if you love sports bars. I absolutely love the atmosphere. It’s loud because of television’s and customers talking but that’s the norm for such an establishment. There were kids there and no reason not to be because kids also love wings and some love sports!
The gentleman at take out was very friendly and allowed me to take his photo to post! I appreciate that!!! I highly recommend this location if you love eating wings and watching sports!!!

Some of our boneless wings on our takeout order weren’t cooked thoroughly while some of it appeared to be days old. It was repulsive. I called to report it, and while the young man who answered the phone was very polite, the manager would not speak to me. I could somewhat hear them in the background and there was no concern whatsoever. No refund, no offer to replace or even exchange food. Money wasted in garbage.

This is my very first time coming here. The hostess that worked 11/29 evening shift was so rude. He didn’t even acknowledge my family or greet us. When we arrived, he just stared at us and didn’t ask how many or anything. He just was staring which was so rude to me. He is a slim caucasian guy who worked at the hostess stand. It was so uncomfortable to me. He needs to practice how to make a customer feel welcomed and not bothered. Customer service is always #1 in the food industry.

I am not a person that gives a bad review BUT the service today at BWW was horrible. I placed a catering order for 30 wings on Super Bowl Sunday at 8:30am Sunday morning. I knew in advance there might be SOME delay BUT my husband waited 1.5 hours for our order. Ridiculous. Any restaurant like BWW knows that they will be overwhelmed with customers on Super Bowl Sunday. That’s the clientele they cater to. If you can’t fill online orders, don’t accept them. We do appreciate the gift certificate but it will be a while before we return.

I have been coming to this location for years, and when compared to the other sports bars serving wings, they have the best service. The kitchen can be inconsistent at times with the wings and how they are prepared (pouring a ton of sauce on instead of tossing or sending out luke warm wings after some sand bagging) Managers are quick to try and respond and fix any issue and this remains one of my go to spots. Hope we can get a new round of solid employees back in our kitchens!

I hadn’t been here in years. I enjoyed my lunch. I ordered boneless honey bbq wings and pub pretzels. My friend ordered orange chicken wings ( not what I expected) and a double hamburger. Brandon the server was awesome!

Love coming to this location after work but after my visit on 11/10/25 I don’t think I’ll ever come back. I wanted to sit at the bar but the bar was packed . I really wanted a drink after working a crazy shift bartending at my job and wanted my husband to watch the Eagles Vs Green Bay game. After noticing that the bar was full we turned around and let the host sit us at a bar table. After about 5 minutes past a server walked to the table and asked us to follow her. She didn’t even greet us but insisted we follow her to the other part of the restaurant. That was not acceptable to me nor my husband . Another server greeted us and we notified her that we wanted to sit were we was at and she said y’all can sit there if you want too. Well after us sitting, moving, and sitting again I decided to leave . I come here often but tonight was not the night to get great service. Please DO BETTER‼️
