Oh boy where do i even start. If it was not for the lit up sign out front i would have never seen the place!
The front of the location is some sort of old antique store that hides away the restaurant(If you can call it that) and makes it annoying to know where to go. The food itself is a whole other issue. Driest and most mild chicken i have ever had. I ordered hot and was served mild at best. The fries were nothing to be excited about and they somehow “Ran out” of ice for their extremely flat soda.The service gets a 2 star because the lady was only somewhat nice. She never once went back into the kitchen to help what seemed like the only guy making dozens of orders at once and every time someone came in to pick up an order she just said “Its going to be a little while” without ever asking what the name was until it came out. All in all about 25 minutes sitting to get possibly some of the worst “Hot chicken” i have ever had. Spent $40 on two people for nothing. SKIP IT! Stick with Shams or dave’s if thats closer.

Chicken nice an crispy an cheesesteak egg rolls are fantastic. Would of been 5 star if they didnt forget the coleslaw on sandwich which would gave it that flavor I was looking forward too. Staff was nice and only took 15mins **edit tried loaded mac fantastic but again I dont know why they ask if you want coleslaw if they keep forgetting it.

placed an order 40 minutes before i showed up for a set time of 12:30 came in and was told they had no idea where my order was bc i didn’t give a name when they didn’t ask me for a name. I only get 30 minutes lunches that’s why i pre ordered. To then not get out of there till almost 12:50 to then not even ask to pay i could’ve walked out and not say anything if i wasn’t a good human, they forgot the pickles, and chicken tasted boiled not even fried. I had the order then in my hand and the desk worker goes sir we don’t have your order you didnt give us a name while i have my food in my hands trying to pay.

Unfortunately I have to keep it real, the food was a solid 4/10. Chicken was crispy but super dry, sauce/cheese sauce was super watery and it’s more of a buffalo sauce rather than a dave’s or shams hot sauce. Mac and cheese is just noodles and water sauce. Fries are good i’ll give them that. Service is terrible, couldn’t call and order I had to call back 3 times and they kept confusing my simple order of two number 6s, ended up just going inside and the atmosphere is a little off. They use AI for their menu/pictures. Overall just a lazy cash grab, saw another guy say don’t waste your time and make the drive to Shams, I 100% agree.

Well, so first time there.I ordered a mic’s loaded bowl with chicken french fries and two pickle slices. There was only three chunks of chicken meat.In the bowl with a couple french fries barely any hot sauce.But the rest of the bowl was consumed by chicken breading. And then on top of that, I asked the associates, if there was any utensils.So I could eat my food, and they both avoided having conversation with me.Or anybody from what I seen,
