We really enjoy Mike’s! The outdoor patio is fantastic and on cold nights the inside is great too! There’s always a game on, dartboard, and smiling faces. The drink drinks and food are great. The burger and onion rings is my favorite, but the nachos can be great and spicy. For us this is a great place to go, drink, and relax. It’s easy to walk or bike but they have good parking too.

Oh my goodness. I found this place online and thought it might be fun to go try their smash burger! I have never had one before and thought this was a smaller place and bet they would have a nice made in house burger. You know, actually hand pressed and made there. I bet and lost. What a disappointment. It was not smashed. It was your average Sysco frozen burger. I must say, the sauce was delicious. The tomatoes were fresh. The melted cheese was delicious too. We also ordered the onion rings. Absolutely delicious seasoning. Unfortunately the batter was very thin and fell off of the rings. The service was pretty fast. At first we got the feeling she didn’t really care too much, no connection or concern for our visit being pleasant. We had to shower her with smiles and friendliest and finally got her to warm up. The interior is fine. Airy and comfortable.

Visiting from out of town and always look for local places to eat. Mike’s popped up on a search and I’m glad we decided to give it a shot. Food was seasoned and cooked well and service was excellent.
Between the three of us, we got a Philly Cheese steak with tots and a patty melt with onion rings. The Cheesesteak and patty melt were really good and the tots were hot and crispy. I saved the onion rings to mention separately because they were the best I’ve eaten in a long time.
Highly recommend this place for a good meal.

last night we were passing through Tennessee on our way home from West Virginia going towards Orange Beach Alabama we used Google to find a food place near us and Mike’s hole in the wall was one of the first ones to come up,after reading the reviews we made the decision to stop there since we had our dog with us and it was the best decision we made during our entire trip the food was excellent the service was excellent the atmosphere was amazing there was a little couch that we sat on with our dog they served her hamburger for us they gave us a treat for her they gave us a water bowl for her the server was amazing the manager there was amazing !!! overall just everything was awesome and amazing I cannot say enough good words we wish we could come back and visit again but we live really far away!next time we’re passing through we’ll be sure to stop again the fries were so good the cheeseburger was so good and my husband had ordered a chicken sandwich that was amazing as well thank you Mike’s hole in the wall we’ll be back!!

Andi, who owns the Local Dive Retailer, in Chattanooga, highly recommend Mike’s Hole in the Wall! The Local Dive is a wonderful place, just down the road from Mike’s Hole in the Wall. Andi told us to stop by and check this pub out. We truly enjoyed this place! Cold beer, fast, friendly service! The food is also, not what expected. I figured it would be your average pub food. I was shocked to find that this food is Top Notch! I recommend both establishments! Do a little shopping and then go to Mike’s Hole in the Wall, and have a beer and a meal!

The staff here… y’all. Specifically, Gwen, Matt, Josh, Campbell, Cameron, Susie, Mindy, Emma, Gracie & Everyone!!! I can’t name em’ all, however I’ve never had a bad experience. This is the place you can leave your drink and purse at the bar and step away for an hour and someone has your back. As a fellow bartender, I adore this place and everyone in it. I can’t brag on em’ enough. What a wonderful bar this place is. ❤️

We make it a point to eat at Mike’s Hole in the Wall on a regular basis and have likely sampled everything on the menu. Every app, entree, salad, and side has exceeded our expectations, both in taste and portion size. The staff and manager are always friendly and accommodating. And the drink assortment is excellent. This is the place we always bring out of towners for a true taste of Chattanooga and atmosphere. Whether it’s a Mike’s burger, chicken tenders, onion rings, tots or salad you crave, this is the place to come.

Very friendly atmosphere. Eden was an AWESOME server. We were visiting from Florida & stopped in with our dogs. Eden had several great suggestions for restaurants while visiting. Nice patio area. We had drinks only so i can’t comment on the food.
