Loved this place! Prices are super reasonable — soups start at $3.00, chicken fried rice is $5.50 (you can upgrade the size), and my go-tos are the hot & sour soup and Szechuan spicy beef (it comes with some rice included in the price $13.95) The default spice level isn’t too strong, but you can ask for more or less heat. The owner is super friendly, and I ended up ordering extra to take home. Not the best spot for big groups though, and I also noticed a ton of takeaway orders going out while I was dining in!

The food was fresh and delicious, I ordered hot and sour soup small size and Szechuan beef was perfecto.
Package was perfect to handle the hot soup and food also comes with soy sauce and duck sauce and free fortune cookie.

Part of order was Chicken Fries Rice: the menue states crispy chicken with vegetables. The photo shows what we received was plain rice w plain chicken, no vegetables. We called to see if we could get our order corrected; whomever picked up the phone argued with us about their menu and it went no where. Waste of time, waste of money and not that good. Go elsewhere.

I have never said I would give this 0 if I could but this was the most over priced bland food I’ve ever had. $60 in uber eats and the Lo mein had ZERO sauce. $20 shrimp with half a container and no flavor. No rice with it. Everything soooooo bland. Chinese food should be full of fat and flavor. What happened????

We had Mike’s delivered to our AirBnB. We enjoyed the General’s chicken, which were cooked in huge pieces, and beef with broccoli, along with hot and sour soup and chicken fried rice. Good value, hot on arrival. Wished we had brown rice to replace the white rice. Good value, good overall.

This is a great find. The food is fresh and tastes very nice. Loved the Mongolian beef and honey chicken, the texture and flavors are perfect. The special fried rice didn’t have scallions and Asian beans, but it does have lots of shrimp and proteins. Loved it! The portions are fair, not very large. Enjoyed this meal with confidence. Ordered three dishes from Mike’s China Beach plus an egg roll and an egg drop soup. Everything was horrible. Tasteless food. Didn’t seem woked. Like it was steamed. Little sauce flavoring and missing usual ingredients in common dishes, like scallions, egg, onion and other vegetables. And we are from NYC, so we know Chinese food. I don’t care if it is cheap. Do not care if portions large if inedible. Everything went in the garbage. I felt sick and vomited after eating only a small amount. My mate got diarrhea. We will stay with our usual, in Miami Beach, Beijing Cafe. The thought of Mike’s China Beach makes me and my husband ill. An Asian friend told me Cubans think Chinese food is good in Miami Beach and most of it here is terrible. But they know nothing else.

I placed an order for 6 people and none of us liked what we got. I figured that someone would have at least lucked out
Pros:
+ The egg roll was okay
+ Big portions for the price!
+ Food was still very hot upon delivery.
Cons:
– General Tsao chicken was charred and inedible
– No vegetables in any of the noodles dishes or fried rice? Only vegetables I saw were onion on the chicken curry.
– Made with really cheap / poor quality ingredients. Low quality soy sauce and rice.
– Under seasoned noodles and uneven seasoning.
– I could add more….
It didn’t seem like anything here was cooked in a wok, even though most of the items on the menu usually need one.
Was it edible? Yes.
I was also very hungry, and it was hot, filling food. I’m not a picky eater in the slightest, but this was not worth the price.
I guess that’s what I get for expecting decent Chinese food from a place named Mike’s. ♀️

Taste, quality and decently priced. Mike’s China Beach is a great option for takeout/ delivery. My recent order arrived on time and hot. Plus, the General Tsao Chicken was all white meat! Don’t forget to order egg rolls.
