Mikes is by far the BEST restaurant in CO!! It’s family owned, clean and has by far the best service I have ever experienced. I have been coming here for 15 years and the food is incredibly consistent, the staff is so warm and welcoming and the prices stay lower than any place else in town. All the waitresses are kind and attentive and today we had the pleasure of being served by Alondra, who was wonderful as expected.
Mikes has become a part of our family and we are so grateful for the hospitality and experience they have been gracing us with for the last 15 years!

We have been trying to find the best breakfast in Denver, and today we did it! MIKES CAFE IS EVERYTHING you hope for in an old school diner. This is the real deal. From the basic breakfast, to chile rellenos and eggs and even Cinnamon roll french toast that is to die for. We will be back again and again to try more!

Everything was on point. My first time eating here. The food was so close to home like cooking. We Absolutely loved our brunch at Mike’s! The waitresses were friendly and we got a spot outside without needing to wait, even though it was quite busy inside!
The Machaca was one of the best I’ve ever had, and absolutely cheaper than most bigger restaurant chains – I’m definitely coming back for more!
The pancakes were BIG so we had to save them for later, and they lasted till the next morning no problem!
I’d highly recommend trying out Mike’s diner – 10/10 – for the great food quality, and very affordable prices ❤️

My family and I loved this place! It’s like a hidden gem. We actually live nearby and always noticed it was super busy in the mornings. They recently got a nice new sign and updated their hours! The food and service were amazing! Let me just say, I will never eat at Denny’s again… (unless it’s the middle of the night) lol…

First time here and I will definitely be back!!! Service was friendly and fast! I really wanted some good breakfast food and they did NOT DISAPPOINT because it was DELICIOUS!! everything was so good and the portions were very generous! I was so full I had to take a box home! I got the biscuit and gravy combo and he got the gyro sandwich combo. The prices truly can’t be beat!!! We received our food so fast also!! The hasbrowns were so crispy and perfect . Everything was fresh and so good!

It’s a little diner, so not a lot of atmosphere, technically, but the food and the service makes up for that. I give Mikes’ 5 stars for everything. I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner there, plus have done take out. I have never been disappointed by anything I order. Was really happy when they started staying open weekdays for dinner!! I hope that they do a great dinner business, so they are able to continue to serve dinner during the week. Go check them out if you haven’t been there. They have great salads, Mexican food, awesome breakfast menu, and a wide variety to choose from, any time.

We arrived about an hour before closing on a Saturday. They weren’t very busy however 2 tables that were sat after us got their food before we even got our order taken. When we finally ordered and got our food the talking of the staff near the kitchen entrance was quiet loud. As we started eating, the chairs went up on the tables and cleaning of the floors started. We jad to check the time as we felt we were there past normal hours. They closed in 35 minutes. The food was good with good sized portions. However, we felt very rushed. We quickly are and paid. The front door was locked. No one assisted us on unlocking it. Good but hated feeling like we were keeping them from closing.
