Hi! A good friend and I had an early dinner here on Saturday, 2/21/26.
Our waiter was Kyle! He was kind, attentive and thoughtful! Kyle checked on us “just enough” ~ making sure everything was to our liking a few times, genuinely talking with us and he even brought my friend another chai tea with whipped cream before she asked for another!
He cleared our dishes efficiently as we finished them without rushing us, and was very respectful and friendly.
A few of my close friends and family visit this Eat-n-Park park pretty frequently… I can honestly say we always have amazing food and really wonderful, kind, pleasant, hard-working and friendly hosts & hostesses, waiters & waitresses every single time. We are also aware of and amazed by the young men who take care of making sure your salad bar/ buffet is carefully ice-filled and so consistently restocked throughout their shifts! Really efficient and organized!
Thank you to everyone who cooks as well!!! Your food is prepared safely and plated so nicely… Every meal tastes wonderful every time!! Thank you to all those who are also behind the scenes taking care of cleaning off, washing and sanitizing our plates, bowls, glasses, cups and silverware… We appreciate you and the good job you do, too!!!

I only gave 2 stars because the server himself was very apologetic about our experience. This trip was rough! The service was lousy, it was as if no one from Hostess to Service staff knew what they were doing. We waited nearly an hour for our food. We almost left, but decided to stay because we had 2 little kids to feed. I used to love this location, but this was awful!

I would never go back to this place ever again. BEWARE!!! Manager on duty lies and does not care about disabled customers. Waitress tells other customers yoyr business. I am disabled with a handicap placard. Got there all 4 handicap spots are filled. 2 of the cars had no handicap plates or placards. Went in a seated right away. We sat right across where in full view you can see the handicap spaces. After waiting close to 15 minutes had to ask another waitress to get our waitress. When our waitress finally came we ordered our drinks and breakfast. I told her to please tell the manager about the two cars parked illegally. She came back with our water and said the manager went out to the cars and the two had handicap placards in the center counsole. Funny I am sitting watching the 2 cars and no one ever went out to the cars. So I walked out myself and looked no placard in either center consoles. So manager lied. So went back in and ask to see the manager. He again lied to my face. I told him he should call the police, he said he would. After we ate and got our bill we decided not to tip the waitress. Had to keep asking for refills on water and had to ask to get waited on and that took 15 minutes. The place was not busy. By this time one couple moved the car. But one was still in the spot. So I called the hermitage police department myself. The never got a call from the manager. A police officer came out and said they couldn’t do anything unless the manager wanted the car removed. He went into the restaurant and came out because the manager did not want to do anything. After the police left I got accousted by a customer be yelled out that I did not give the waitress a tip. I am calling corporate.

This location is decent. I’ve order Chicken Fingers and Fries and they were good. The salad bar was delicious. I got some cookies to go and they are so good. However it took forever to get our check when we were done. Other than that, it was pretty good.

I love the salad bar here. Great selection. They are open later than other restaurants but do tear down the salad bar at 9pm. Good food, reasonably priced, family atmosphere.
