Stopped at the Garlic store on our way back home from Monterey and found Mikes BBQ spot too. The food is delicious and Mike is super kind. We had the tri tip sandwhich and the pulled pork sandwhich with baked beans and Cole slaw. Their garlic bread was absolutely delicious and we wanted to take a loaf home! The baked beans were sweet and balanced the trip tip.
Our favorite BBQ sauce from the trio they give you was the Hickory BBQ, it’s Smokey and sweet! Absolutely amazing!

We found the place by chance and since it was Sunday they had brisket! Delicious food, fast and friendly service and a ton of things to buy in the Garlic World store (also non-garlic related).

Some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to Texas, but this is what I’d imagine Texas bbq to be like. The ribs were my favorite and the brisket was a close second. Tritip was incredibly tender and tasty too! It’ll be our new stop on the way to the central coast. Thanks so much.

Best tri tip and ribs in town. Order inside the store of garlic world. Food is prepared fast. Combo comes with beans, garlic bread and pickles. All sides are good. Tables and seats are available outdoors.

Lucky for me, my wife stumbled upon this place while exploring Google Maps for lunch places on a drive back to the Bay Area.
We ordered a large family combo with ribs, chicken and tri tip. Everything was very delicious, and our children (10 and 5) loved it too.

We tried rib, tri-tip, and pulled pork. We love them all, so impressed with tenderness. We chose coleslaw as the side and it’s very tasty as well. We will definitely go there again!!!

There’s BBQ and Than there’s BBQ. We called to order 4 family packs for my birthday, and it was phenomenal. Ribs perfectly seasoned, fall off the bone deliciousness. Pulled pork was juicy, savory perfection. Tri tip that you literally the best I’ve had. Chicken was expertly seasoned and cooked. I can keep going on the sides and service but I’m guessing you get the idea. We will be back, again and again.
