Although the sushi was pretty good, I do have a comment about their customer service. Over an hour before they closed (about an hour and a half to be exact), I called the Troy location 10 times on two separate phones. None of the calls were answered and I had to go in and place a to- go order 30 minutes before they closed. It took about 15-20 to get done, which isn’t bad, but I would have appreciated them being able to answer the phone and not have to go in right before they closed. Whenever I arrived to the restaurant, the lady at the front the desk was on her personal phone and directed us to another employee to start our order. My main concern is they are terrible about answering the phone, so if you would like to place a to-go order or any type of online order, it would be better to go in person and wait there.

Miso soup was good that’s the only reason why I’m giving it a 3 star. If you ordered food it especially in the sushi side I’d go somewhere else, waited too long for sushi when people who were here after us already got there’s. Try it on your own risk.

I’ve been eating here for years & I love this place! Learned recently that the dinner menu is better than the lunch options. For instance, the spicy scallops and caterpillar rolls aren’t served during lunch time. Still one of my favs!
