Visited the restaurant two days ago. First impression is slight disappointment because it has a good ratings. The restaurant needs a revamp. Food was ok. Philadelphia roll wasn’t has cucumber or avocado. I believe next time I will choose another place for suchi.

The staff is friendly, the food is awesome, and the prices are reasonable. The sushi chef is a true artist. I highly recommend the Yakiniku ( well, everything…)!

The worst hibachi food ever. Can you even call it a fired rice? No no no the rice is still so so sticky and no taste, the same with the salmon and vegetable, no taste at all. They do not seasoning the food and just put a little soy sauce on my salmon. OMG I can not believe they can call it a restaurant.

Cleanliness rating of 95%. Sticky floors. Didn’t devein shrimp. Smokey once hibachi grills started. Miso soup looked clear as water. Be wary.

We met there for a family dinner and it was fantastic. The chef was funny and engaging. The kids loved him. The staff was warm and welcoming. We weren’t rushed and were able to sit and visit as family as long as we wanted. This is by far the best hibachi experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to the chef and staff. You guys rock!

Before I begin, I’ll share with you that I looked at the reviews only after eating there. Immediately after getting seated there was an odor that I smelled that made me feel like I was in the men’s bathroom. After ordering and receiving our drinks, soup and then the salad. It began to get so smoked up inside that it was overwhelming. Someone finally opened up an airway to relief the issue. Finally our main dish arrived, and I’ll say this I was totally disappointed just at the presentation. The rice was wet/ not fried, the carrots would of made better mash than hibachi, shrimp was undercooked. I did feel that the issue was not with the waitress so I did tip the way I usually do. I read on their menu their Customs on tip sharing, however if I could of done so I would of only rewarded the waitress. I didn’t visit the restroom while there, however I wonder just from the odor that I smelt upon being seated what the condition of them might of been. First impressions are lasting impressions.
P.S. I could of had much better food for much less price, but most important to me is PRESENTATION

If I were posting about the food alone I would give this place a 5+. Great food! Salads crispy with delicious ginger dressing, perfectly cooked meat and seafood, and the best soup I’ve had in a long time.
My rationale for a 3 star rating is ALL about staff, NOT food. Our waiter was the most efficient, curt to the point of being rude server I’ve ever experienced. I’m not used to having my server answer questions over his shoulder as he was walking away, especially when the meal cost almost $40 before tip.
He brought our soup and salad out at the same time. I was 4 spoonfuls into the soup and hadn’t touched my salad when the main course appeared. I felt hurried to finish my soup and save my salad for last to keep my entree from getting cold. GREAT food, but service and timing sucked. $40 take out, anyone?

Very friendly and fast. Avoid seafood. Took home an order of scallops and shrimp and the smell as I drove made me gag. Couldn’t finish the meal. Must have been a bad night. Stick to chicken and enjoy a great meal for a fair price! Holiday hours saved us more than once!
