Let’s start with the GOOD:
1. There were large portions of sides.
2. The hush puppies were good.
3. The food came out fast.
4. The presentation of the food was great.
Alright….now the BAD:
1. The catfish was a small filet cut in half…TINY.
2. The seasoning on the catfish was non-existent. It was VERY bland.
3. The Cole Slaw was a waste of a side. It comes in a 2-oz plastic ramekin and was vinegary.
3. The onion rings were salty and UNDERCOOKED.
4. The restrooms were outdated and gross, one of the sinks was stopped up and almost overflowed.
5. Some of the booths are ripped up.
6. The cashier lied and said the catfish was cornmeal-battered and IT WAS NOT.
7. The booths were so big that neither my husband nor myself could be comfortable and we had to sit at the edge of the booth to eat.
8. My stuffed crab was overcooked and DRY.
Needless to say, with it being my first time here, I won’t be back. This was a waste. I took a couple of bites, boxed that crap up, took it home, and tried to it to where I could eat it, but I did not succeed. So I let the trashcan eat it.

This is my first time trying Mig’s of Newberry. All of the food was flavorful. I wish the baked spaghetti with mushrooms wasn’t as soupy but overall I enjoyed!

We found this restaurant as we were passing through town. Very good, freshly made food. The sizes were huge and not a bad price. We got the garden salad which was big enough for me and my husband to split. The ranch was obviously homemade and that was a huge plus. The mozzarella “logs” were delicious and fresh. And we got pepperoni pizza that was delicious. It had a fresh tomato sauce and good quality ingredients. We had a pleasant visit. The owner and staff were great- checked on us several times and we got our food very quickly.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get a table right away. You order at the front and get a table, and they will bring the food out. Service was good. This is the best food I’ve eaten in Newberry. They probably have the best cheese sticks east of the Mississippi River. Them things were soo good. The chicken wings were big, and yummy pizza was good too. If driving down I26 passing through Newberry, I would say it’s worth trying out.

Not a fancy place. Very comfortable with many tables in the side room. It is decorated nicely with lots of local atmosphere. Clean Bathrooms!!! The food is Amazing!!! And you get lots of it! Safe, clean, and delicious. And recommended toe by several fellow Quilters. So glad I tried it

We did take out. One large sausage and one large pepperoni. We heard great things about this place, and they lived up to the hype. The crust was very good. High-quality ingredients great taste baked perfectly. They could tell we were from out of town, greeted my wife by name, very pleasant experience. I would recommend it, and when we go back down to visit family, I will be returning.

First customers in the door for today, wife stuffed crabs were burnt, coleslaw no flavor, and other food was okay today.
Restaurant appearance inside could use some upgrades, torn booth seats and table/ booth sides. Also, men’s restroom was not presentable (full trash can, dirty inside stall, water damaged ceiling tiles, dirty urinal and dirty sink counter).

We are sitting here at Mig’s having lunch now. We stumbled upon this place by accident as the restaurant we were originally going to had closed their buffet. I am so glad we found Mig’s! What I can tell you is this place is clean, the servers Kaitlyn and Madison were friendly and pleasant, the atmosphere was comfortable. The best part though? The food! We ordered the Philly steak and cheese daily special. It was a 6″ Philly loaded with onions, peppers and cheese. Stuffed even! It is hands down the best Philly I’ve ever had. It also came with a mound of really crispy fries. I’m going to need carry out service to get back to my car, I”m so stuffed! This place is reasonably priced and the portions are massive. Worth every penny. We will be back soon!

ordered a hawaiian pizza tonight … ended up having a beard or pube hair in my food.(we pulled it out of the piece of pineapple to make sure we seen it right. pretty sure it got cooked with the pizza).
also heard from a ex-worker that they have no hair nets , they don’t use gloves , DHEC almost shut them down … this is disappointing especially being so expensive for unsanitary food.
