Stopped in there for breakfast and end up getting the chefs special the place was extremely clean the staff was friendly coffee was hot and fresh would recommend to anybody had to take a picture to show everybody food was amazing

1st visit today was good! Food made fresh and fast, friendly staff, and really delicious food with great prices and portions. Husband had the roast beef BLT hero and I had the Italiano panini. My only complaint was the panini wrap was overly mushy – tons of juices from the chicken, too many peppers, and lots of EVOO pouring out (which is nice but still a bit sloppy). I also didn’t enjoy the entire restaurant getting frozen every time a customer opened the door, brrrr! Will definitely be doing takeout another time.

The cook who made my “egg white, Taylor’s Ham, Jalapeño Jack, S&P and Ketchup on a scooped out toasted Rye bagel” today did a FABULOUS job! I was not expecting it to be perfect, but it was! Thank you sooooo much! And thanks also to the patient and friendly girl who took my order!

OK first time here I go to the one in Beechwood all the time this location never been to on Hooper Avenue. I walk in there’s three girls in front of me that are yapping with the cashier for a good I’d say seven minutes or so. I just wanna get bagels and go out anyway I got six bagels. They were burnt. I have pictures and I will post them if I can on this site they were burned the Everything and the plane they were actually black come on $1.40 just for a plain bagel that stuff like that that should’ve been either donated or thrown out or made into something else you know to sell them for $1.40 apiece burn bagels come on. I’ll never go back again The owner should make Good on giving me my money back too unbelievable where the heck is customer service and where the heck is Care with what you make and sell gone

I hate to leave a bad review but the cook can’t read. I have tried 2 different times now to order a custom breakfast sandwich and it was wrong both times. I tried ordering on the app and then in person. The order tags are always correct but then the sandwich is still wrong.

Almost like they don’t care. Just threw all the bagels in the same bagel with the everything on top of the cinnamon raisin and rye. I love this place when it opened but just not good. it was almost like they did not care . Never again and there is something blue stuck on this bagel not edible

The blt is to die for, it was delicious. Definitely recommend. I also had the chocolate chip pancakes- there’s 3 and they were huge. My sister got the turkey panini- the avado in there was huge. So worth it. Everything was so tasty.

Been there a few times never had a problem. Today I stopped by and ordered a couple of bagels to take out and once i got home this is what I received. I know i asked toasted but this was definitely burnt. How can someone think this even acceptable to give out?
