This place always comes through. We order at least once, sometimes twice a week. Their food is always fresh and you can taste the banging ingredients they use! Makes me feel healthy while eating the bowl that I always order…chicken, rice, zucchini and mushrooms (I wish they’d add more onions though) Also Jose is the best!! What a great food truck/trailer! Everything is made fresh and tastes great. I had the trio #2 and all of the meats were excellent. The fried rice is money! Portions and prices are great too. I highly recommend hitting these guys up if close by.

Midnight Hibachi honestly blows places like the viral SogudTeppanyaki out of the water. The food tastes fresher, the flavors hit harder, and everything is cooked just right. Plus, the service is way better—super friendly, fast, and they actually pay attention to you. If you want good hibachi without the hype, Midnight Hibachi is the real deal.

I ordered this for takeout, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The portions were big and filling. The fried rice was given in a generous amount and was very good with all of the meats, which had a nice grilled flavor. I ordered the 3 meat trio of steak, shrimp, and chicken, with fried rice and yakisoba noodles. I enjoyed my meal with a side of ginger sauce, yummy sauce, and a side of garlic butter. I will definitely be coming back or ordering again. Very yummy. My photo does not do it justice.

I’am a regular now for midnight hibachi. Their combos are the best and they are most delicious as well. i always recommend them to all who are near by. The customer service is top notch as well, just give them a call or order on door dash for pick up. You’ll love the hibachi here.

I promise if you like this spot you don’t know real hibachi the steak is dry and the rice is bland I eat hibachi maybe once or twice a week I will not be back I assure this.
