The food was okay. Not terrible, not amazing. I got the spicy Italian sub or whatever it’s called. It was good, but definitely not spicy enough. Maybe they should make a line of subs called “actually spicy” subs, then I would purchase from Jimmy Johns more frequently. The food at this location was much more editable than the Waterloo location, in fact it was actually real food! Shows how much manager can change a location. The food was delivered practically instantly thanks for it being less than a mile away and the Door Dasher being nearby. Might purchase again, but it wouldn’t be my first pick. It wasn’t exactly exceptional or beat any other places I’ve been before, but it wasn’t bad.

Love this location! Sometimes I order for pickup and other times delivery. Always fast, fresh and consistently delicious. People here are friendly and welcoming, and are attentive to special requests or customizations on orders each time. Some sandwich shops are not, so this is a big plus to me. Love the neighborhood feel!

Give them a speeding ticket… Mike took my order freaky fast. Before I even inserted my card they already handed me my sandwich. Nice seating area. The employees look like they get along well with each other. So it was enjoyable to watch them work together.

Ordered for delivery mind you I live less then a mile away. Paid extra for delivery they sent my food via door dash although i ordered from their app.My delivery was a hour plus wait for a simple turkey sandwich chips and a drink !

Odered on line at 1:15 expected delivery said 3:35 I called to ask if it really be that long as I would be home by then and he said no. Was delivered to my empty desk at 4 pm and sat overnight. Not impressed.

I’m not really sure if the employees working behind the counter liked me a whole lot… i think they did everything within their power to get that sandwich made as fast as they could.And then get me out the door! They didn’t really seem like they were there for too much Yappin, but is focused on their work as they were.They were friendly and wearing smiles!! ( And of course,name tags shoes and socks too, but nothing else) har har har.

Teenager with skater hair decided he wanted to have a bad day and walked in to him making a ladies sandwich with an attitude. Asked for my normal plain slim for my son and asked for my normal side of lettuce and offered to pay for it like I normally do.
