The food is so phenomenal.The chef is a bistro from heaven. You have to try the red snapper.The oxtails the stuffed salmon and the collard greens and the candied yams are so fresh.And so delicious, your tongue absolutely melts for it. The young ones might need a little more training.However, the team works efficiently and to the point. The owner has no problem coming out to each table to make sure everything is perfect and he’s so handsome.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Our server Dom was attentive and engaging. The portions were plentiful, everything tasted freshly made. The roasted cauliflower was some of the best I’ve tasted. The soulfood egg rolls? OMG, we all enjoyed them, they customized them for me because I’m vegetarian. The vegan ribs were just ok. The sautéed green beans were great. My daughter said the curry goat was good, but could use a little more gravy. My niece said the wings were nice and crispy. The rasta pasta is really spicy! Just like my other daughter like it (she’s vegetarian as well, so they used cauliflower). Even the iced tea was delicious (a little too sweet for me, but my daughters loved it). Last, but not least, the corn bread muffins….a smack your momma moment. No liquor yet, but coming, and this is not a place to bring young kids. They were very friendly towards them, but never again for me.

Everything was delicious! The asparagus was addicting, Mac and cheese noodles not over cooked, perfectly cheesy, fried shrimp and fried whiting perfectly fried and not over seasoned or breaded. Tastes like a home cooked Sunday meal. Will be back, highly recommend.

Wow, we’re thrilled to have midnight flavor on Market Street. Sooo good! We ordered way too much food probably, but we got to try a whole bunch of stuff. The cauliflower wings are fantastic, great seasoning and we love the sweet chili sauce. The yams are outstanding as well! And then the gravy on the meatloaf is incredible, would be great with mashed potatoes as well. Super friendly and welcoming service as well, and the atmosphere is so warm, cozy, and festive. It feels super comfortable. Strong vegetarian selection as well, and some of the best cornbread I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back!

I give this place 20/10 the location was good, great customer service and they played different genres of music which I loved! But the food was hot and fresh everything was good!! Starting with the cornbread, soul food eggs rolls , jerk turkey wings and to finish it off the Rasta’s pasta was everything I was surprised at how big the shrimp was 10/10 they can get my money any day ☺️ the chef/ owner was very nice and friendly and very accommodating to my spice level. Service 10/10

Portions are huge. Enough not to have to cook for a couple nights. Oxtail empanada was delicious. The bbq beef ribs were extremely tender. We will definitely be back
