We decided to try this tonight since most other places had closed for the season. We both had the Warm cookie sundae. First the sign said $7.50 for the sundae. Then was charged $8.50 for the sundae. I had I already paid and left a tip before my other half said something about the price difference. Cookie was not warm at all plus it was rock hard for both of us. I literally bent the plastic spoon while sitting there trying eating it. We took it home with us and even the melted ice cream after an hour did not soften the cookie. Maybe because it the off season and things not getting sold as much and the cookie got really stale. Ice Cream was pretty good. Got the Dirt and Cookies and Creme on the cookie. Might try them again in summer to try the ice cream again.

The ice cream was fantastic, and both my children and I loved it. The woman behind the counter was incredibly patient, giving my daughter plenty of time to choose the flavors for her bowl. Salted caramel was genuinely rancid. sample tasted good but as I actually ate it, was more of a salt ice cream. I had to throw it away. they have a young girl working in the front, obviously I won’t make any assumptions, but she looks really young. Like 12 or something. also she was there by herself, while another employee, I’m assuming the owner, was there, not attending to the other customer. I think there’s a lot of potential with this place though. It seems very clean and put together. Some of the flavors of ice cream could definitely be better, and there should be more active employees. Other than that, a decent place.

I should’ve known when I was the only one in the store. I ordered a single scoop cone, which was $5.50. The cone she made looked like it was for a toddler. The price would not have bothered me, but the cone was basically nonexistent. They will be out of business soon

Middletown Creamery is so lovey! They have amazing flavors (even from woodside creamery) and are very very clean. All the employees are very friendly and attentive. They are a small owned business (by women)! They truly made this place a cute and welcoming spot to get some ice cream and relax with the family. I’ve been back several times and have ALWAYS had a great experience!

Good ice cream but slow service with not much interaction. Hopefully they were just tired that day as it was evening. There were only a few people in the store but I hope they get faster to handle larger crowds.
