From the second I walked into Midas Burger, I felt genuinely welcomed. The cashier, June, set the tone right away: Warm, friendly, and smiling like she was happy to see every person who walked through the door. That kind of hospitality sticks with you. I ordered a chili dog and a hamburger, and both hit the mark. The chili dog surprised me the most: the dog had this smoky flavor and a crisp bite to it, almost like biting into an apple. Hands down one of the best I’ve had. The burger was cooked perfectly with a great, classic flavor that’s getting harder to find these days.
The owner, Missy, was outgoing and full of personality. She even handed me a chicken tender to try with their Midas sauce. If you like Zaxby’s sauce, this one is right up your alley—except honestly, it’s a notch better.
The atmosphere matches exactly what I love about local spots: quaint, welcoming, and full of heart. It’s the kind of little “hole in the wall” that proves why places like this are worth seeking out..hospitality, good people, and food made with care.

We were just visiting from out of town and decided to try Midas Burger and so glad we did! The burger was absolutely delicious, and the homemade ranch is to die for. The place is super cute inside, though it was pretty freezing and seating indoors is limited. They do have patio seating, which is a nice option. Overall, amazing food and a spot we’d definitely visit again next time we’re in town!

Man their food is always super good and fries are always hot, but the last 3 or so times I’ve been the lady with the hat in the drive thru is rude as can be never a smile on her face always snappy with her words. Breaking news, I DIDNT FORCE YOU TO COME TO WORK!! This is supposed to be a good small town place to eat but it’s hard to drive all the way to the other end of town just to catch an attitude. Other than that I love the place and all the other employees are great.

We stopped here on our way back from Atlanta and the food was exactly what I was hoping for! Good fried foods and a down home atmosphere! The value was great too! Large fried dill pickles for less than $8 – who can beat that? Their chicken sauce is also delicious! All the food was cooked fresh and hot. Can’t wait to stop by again on our next road trip.

Kept hearing about it . Just ok. Not as good as it’s hyped up to be…think a lot the people rating it high are influenced by nostalgia. Some of the people working there were friendly. Others clearly weren’t “people” persons. Not much indoor seating. More outdoor if the weather is nice, but otherwise might have to eat in your car or take it home if peak hours. OK if you are in town and curious as I was but not worth a special trip.

Stopped yesterday Friday and got a cheese burger and hamburger and fries to go and it was all so good the fries were good the whole time Evan after they got a little cold they were so soft and good the sandwiches were very good. People were very friendly.
