Went in today for the CoC ribbon cutting at lunch. Clean, open/airy, proper decor. Food on point. I opted for a 2 meat plate, which came with a drink, 2 sides (I chose mustard potato salad and beans; the beans were done with bacon, onion, and red sweet peppers, which were sweet and tangy) and 2 pieces of white bread. Condiments (sauces, picked, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños) were all self-serve.
Brisket was fall-apart tender, and the link sausage was that proper blend of meaty and fatty without being greasy, nicely seasoned. I paid $17 and change for my 2-meat plated lunch and there was plenty enough of everything to pack up a takeaway for later on.

Food was good. As was the service and everyone was friendly. I got the three meat plate of sausage ,pork and sliced beef to try a little bit of everything with a side of mac and cheese and potato salad. Everything was good and I had plenty to take home as leftovers. Look forward to going back again.

Everything is yum. Ranch potatoes and Brisket loaded mac both 10/10. Sausage and brisket were delicious. A must go to. I’ve heard the loaded baked potatoes are great too but they were out the evening I last went.

We stopped by after a day of fishing and it was amazing!! We had turkey, chicken, and chopped beef all was tasty, the ranch potato’s were awesome also. Worth the trip for sure…..We will be back.
