Ordered our meat loaf,mashed potatoes, yams,baked chicken and Mac and cheese through door dash,, the presentation wasn’t only messy but there was food mixed inside like a piece of broccoli inside the yams!! Like come on! Make matters worse we’re both sick vomiting, diarrhea, chills, stomach cramps! Never eating out again!! My stomach is in a great amount of pain!

Chicken liver was decent, but the coating/deep frying masks the liver taste so if you’re looking for that, I would pass on this dish.
Clam chowder was good; cornbread was average.
Didn’t like the sauce on the green beans – too sweet. Green beans were also dry inside.

Ordered from Door Dash at 1:45 received cold food at 2:46. Sandwich was hard , egg was cooked in dirty grease. Shrimp and grits didn’t contain jumbo shrimp, grits was swimming in butter topped with cheese and dried parsley, not fresh green onion you see in picture. Door dash gave me refund of 11.00 for this 50 order. Didn’t receive home fries I paid extra for. Poor service from both businesses. Definitely an insult to receive 11. To throw away in trash. Will never patronize t door Dash or Mid Atlantic. You can keep your 11 credit to door dash account.

Overall, our order was very good with my highlights being the yams, home fries, red velvet cake, and the soft shell crabs. The stuff shrimp was flavorful, as was the mac & cheese. The only con was the calamari, which was fried a little too hard for my taste.

Would never walk back into mid Altaic soul food first of all let’s talk about how customer service was not good at all I’m talking about she was yelling back and forth , she was very much rude and she was also yelling at some of the workers there , she’s Asian seemed nice at first then got very rude . I asked to seem to the manger to the young lady and she said that she is the manger how can someone so rude be the manger . Second the food was nasty there was lots of cockroaches everywhere. On the table were the food was at on the floors in the bathrooms . This place needs to shut down . This is nasty I will definitely not be coming back . Don’t recommend at all

We placed an order with uber eats. Our food was packaged to stay warm and with almost an hour delivery time, it definitely did its job. Food arrived hot. Everything was sooo flavorful. Large portions, it was like Thanksgiving day. So yummy. Will absolutely be ordering here again in the future.
