I don’t make it to Illinois much, but we went to visit the pure hockey store a couple times and found Mickey’s on Google. We went there both visits. Me, the wife, and the kiddo absolutely loved it. Had music playing at a nice level, cold beer, food was fantastic, waitresses were nice and prompt both times, and it was very clean. Lots of Chicago memorabilia and some neons, mixed with a softer lighting display, made it so enjoyable. I wished it wasn’t 3+ hours from home. If I ever make it back to that area, we will definitely stop by again. Hats off to the crew and staff

It’s great to see this place be so successful after years of turnover! The atmosphere is laid back, welcoming, and clean! Service was fantastic, and the food was incredible! Make sure you get the grilled Reuben, and try the spicy wrap! Also, their loaded tator tot basket was fire! Check them out! We’ll definitely be back!

Great place!!! 1st time walking in the door I felt welcome. Had Jalapeño Poppers and BLT Quesadillas the first night. 5 stars on both. Finally a place that doesn’t overcook fried food 🙂

Love this place came on a monday night very chill, waitress was very nice, attentive and food was delicious she recommended an awesome chicken sandwich 10/10 their onion rings were a hit, bathrooms were clean and very private! theres a bar, there a lot of tvs to so you dont miss any sports going on! definitely coming back here

Lmao. An absolute joke. The “servers” have an attitude. When the manager is called over, won’t even listen and talks over the patron. Instead of apologizing for her EMPLOYEES behavior towards a PAYING customer. No decency, no empathy, & definitely no respect. Didn’t even end up ordering food walked out after a $8 tab for drinks due to the treatment, the attitude, & the service. Unless you’re a male, don’t expect any of the employees there to treat you decent. Won’t be back again.

Mickey’s Sports Bar = food so good it should come with a warning. Wings? Legendary. Burgers? Juicy like they’re whispering sweet nothings to your taste buds. The vibe? Like your cool friend’s basement, but way cleaner and with better drinks. And Steph, our bartender, is basically a miracle worker with a shaker — seriously, she deserves a raise and a cape. Go there, eat, drink, and thank me later.
