my absolute favorite spot to get small little snacks! i love love love their empanadas and papa rellenas. the ladies working here are really nice, parking is somewhat easy to find. i always order to go and it’s in and out super quick. def recommend

The empanadas are great and the food over here is authentic Puerto Rican. Word of advice don’t sit near the counter cause once that basement door opens you can smell the mold, and that smell over powers whatever they are cooking there. If you are just going to pick up then it’s a great place to go but please don’t dine in.

I have been going to this luncheonette since I was a little kid for over 20 years. Food is cheap and delicious reminds me of food I eat at home empanadas, papas rellenas, Sorullo. The place looks old but that’s okay because it has character you can tell it’s family-owned and I hope it’s there for many more years
