Came from Chicago and stopped by Michoacan A Pedir De Boca and grabbed a Red Bull Loco. Staff were friendly and explained thorougly what it was. Made it quick, easy, and exactly what I needed to continue my shopping haha. It looked amazing and tasted great with fresh fruit. Service was fast and friendly, and my order was ready without hassle. Stopped in here for a ice cream today. One of the flavors we recieved had freezer burn. I tried to bring it back for a different flavor. “No exchanges I was told. I say eventhough the ice cream is freezer burned and doesn’t taste right. Nope nothing, we paid 8.00 for something that wasn’t edible and no resolution to the experience. This is bad customer service all around! The girls stood sideways and wouldn’t even look at me. I told them to at least remove it so the next customer wouldn’t get ripped off. Again no contact, just trying to ignore the situation and not acknowledge or make it right! There wont be a next time here.

They chage $20 for dubai cup full of strawberries and once we want extra pistachios they charge $3 extra for small side. I’ve talked with the owner about that and he said pistachios is so expensive men! Lol

After a trip to the mall you deserve a good treat nothing better than a shake I got a kinder bueno shake and it was really good. They have a big variety of ice cream, popsicle, Mexican corn and much more. Wish they had where to sit down to eat.

Loved everything about this place! The Dubai Chocolate was absolutely delicious- rich, smooth, and full of unique flavor. The milkshakes were amazing too—thick, creamy, and so well made. Even though it was packed on a Saturday evening, the staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. Great vibes, excellent service, and unforgettable desserts!

Amazing staff and amazing menu!!! My second time stopping by for some sweet treats with family, and to my surprise, they had a few new menu items available. Couldn’t resist getting their Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and honestly it was probably the best decision ever! Super yummy and fresh! Took one of their regular Dubai chocolate bars as well and I have to say, for the prize, size and flavor, definitely worth the trip down! Fresas con crema and the mangonadas are a 10/10 also! 🙂

Where do I begin? The most delicious ice cream, shakes, and aguas frescas I’ve ever had!! They now carry Dubai Chocolate bars and strawberry cups, which are the best I’ve had from anywhere. My family and I have been there almost every weekend just to buy the Dubai Chocolate bars and strawberries. Super friendly staff as well. Highly recommend!!

Honestly I would never go back .. the place is really nice but 20 dollars for strawberries that were barely covered in chocolate and 10$ just for a cup of watermelon is way to over priced I would rather go to my local ice cream shop my total was 31 for two items

stopped on my way back to chicago, to try the viral Dubai strawberries cup, gotta say they were bomb . & no line because it was at noon. there’s a good amount of crunch in every bite, in my opinion for $19.99 they should make the strawberries in smaller pieces so there’s more & you can finish all the chocolate and crunch with something .
