This restaurant is absolutely fabulous. I’ve been eating here for years. They have a special on Friday, on their philly steak sub…..OMG…..love it! They are really serve the people type of atmosphere. If you are ever in this area I suggest you stop by and get you some. There is plenty to choose from.

I never got to even taste the food because the staff on the phone was rude! After telling us they have hardly anything on the online menus we asked could they tell us what their Subs were and in the process of trying to replace our original order was hung up on not once but twice. Second time being told to just find somewhere else to eat decided that even if the food is made of gold that the rude treatment on the phone which was witnessed by patriots of the restaurant who recommend it, said they would be skipping Michaels also… Best bet when a nre manager comes on shift I will be calling back to complain again while in the meantime letting everyone know how rude the treatment of the staff is… BTW update the online menu if its not served which half of what’s on there is not there’s no reason for it to be up!

I am a UNCP Grad student, who came here tonight because I was craving spaghetti with mushrooms. I am also a vegetarian, and was very pleased to see that the menu offered the exact dish. When the food arrived the spaghetti had meat in it. When I told the waitress that I did not eat meat she nicely told me that it could be redone. She later came back, and said that I would be charged for the first dish. Infuriated I quickly got up after only eating a salad paid for the spaghetti, and left. She informed me that this was not her doing, but the chef on dutys doing Morris. After 5 years working in the restaurant business this is by far the crapiest thing I have ever seen done to any customer. The menu did not mention that the spaghetti with mushrooms had meat in it, and further more offered other versions of spaghetti with meat at a variety of prices. I was then made to pay for a dish that I did not receive, touch or eat. STUDENTS DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!

I’ve been getting carry out for 9 years and have always loved the food and service during my visit,But now they have a 5 foot fan sitting inside that isn’t very pleasant not to mention very loud,when I got home,my order was wrong making this the second time,If things don’t get better,I have no clue as to when I’ll ever go back,Folks aren’t going to sit down and eat in that evironment of talking over a fan in the ear!

They put cheese on my sub when it was on the ticket not to, then they wanted to just pull the cheese off my sub when it was already melted on there. Didn’t want to remake my sub then when I asked for my money back they wanted to remake it.
