Very friendly service. My 2 boys and I really enjoyed it and will return next time we are in town. Great variety and size for pizza by the slice.

Horrible experience wanted a pizza lightly cooked and uncut so we could rewarm after the game , but they didn’t do either . Then wanted my cheesesteak uncut for the same reason , but lo and behold it was cut also. The staff was very unwelcoming . Wanted me to miss the start of my nfl game just to bring food back to fix simple things . Never going back there

I like this Michaelangelo’s, on memorial drive. Seating is better. Tables instead of all booths. Pizza seems fresher.

Few guilty pleasures have survived our modern day and the trials we have all faced over the past few years… Michaelangelo’s all-you-care-to-eat buffet is one of the last vestiges of what we loved about the ‘before’ time. Cost… Resonable. Taste… Better than a cafeteria-style served buffet at a college pizza joint should be. Your journey starts with (2) slices of pizza chosen from the pies layered before you in the glass presentation case, next you recieve a heap of [mostly] al dente spaghetti, smothered by a house prepared marinara that would make my Grandmother blush with approvall – all tied together with a selection of beverages. Then, eat and repeat. With (3) locations in the Greenville, NC area; just get in your car, drive there and bring your appetite. Note, small restaurants like these need our support and patronage to continue providing gastronomic options for eaters like us. Pro-tip, get the fried Mushrooms with ranch. Shout-out — loved the collection of chef’s hats today the staff donned! Such fun! Update: With food costs on the rise, I am literally amazed at the quality and quatity that Michaelangelo’s still provides. Is it a bit more expensive than years past? Yes, but still well worth the trip. Molto Bene!

Stopped in on a weekend to get some pizza and a younger gentleman was running the register. I spoke he just looked at me.. Food is usually pretty good and the service is usually friendly but that day the service sucked at the register.

Great – wanted gluten free sub and they built a “deconstruct” – their gf alternative — it was real good and the people are nice

This was our first time eating here. The pizza didn’t have enough sauce on it. And the crust was not good (it was rubbery).

My pizza was good but I should not walk into an establishment with multiple people behind the counter and not one person greets me, not even the cashier and didn’t ask what I wanted or anything. Hire people with better customer service skills.

OMG, this was the best slice of pizza.

The service was slow, even though there were twice the number of employees than customers.
We were there for almost an hour in total. Not a single employee even tried to come out and actually clean the disgusting tables and floor.
The first 5 pictures are all different tables, and I didn’t even go to the other side of the restaurant to take pics. But there were multiple dirty tables on the wall side as well.
As far as my stromboli is concerned, it was very good. Except for the fact that they served it to me on what I can only assume were the cheapest paper plates at Walmart. Which they then placed a single piece of waxed paper on, AND then they thought it was a good idea to cut my stromboli completely in half.
So by the time I was almost done with one half, the juices released completely soaked both my bread, and the waxed paper.
(What’s the point of bragging about your bread being crispy, if the first thing you do is soak it in juice and make it dripping wet and soggy???)
So not only was half of my food basically ruined, but I had to pick small pieces of waxed paper off what I did eat.
After checking out the other reviews, I noticed that poor customer service, and lazy employees not cleaning, has become the normal. At least they’re consistent……
I didn’t finish my food, and most definitely won’t be going back.
