Luminary Kitchen & Provisions is the result of its successful predecessor American Harvest, 2 impassioned chefs Jordan & Aurora Coffey, and an outpouring of support from the Springfield dining community. Luminary will bring its warm dining environment, expanse of house made goods, and unique dining opportunities to Springfield’s west side. With an incredibly talented staff keeping a keen attention to detail and relentless drive to always do better, they are excited to share decades worth of experience with their guests.
Luminary will be home to an impressive in house charcuterie program, an in house butcher shop, a market, a carefully crafted cocktail and wine list, upscale catering & boxed lunches, and an always evolving seasonal menu.

This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Springfield! The owners are as personable as they are talented. I had an amazing meal last night and I will definitely be back.

I dined solo on a Saturday night. I made a reservation at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The Caesar salad had pistachios, which was an interesting twist. It was not a traditional Caesar. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free diet, which was great. The lamb loin main dish was interesting. The Colorado lamb was not at all gamey, which surprised me. It did seem a bit tougher to chew than I expected. The dessert was tasty. I was seeking a special experience and this place delivered. It seems to be one of the more creative restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure to make a reservation!

Had one of the best dinners I’ve had in years last night. The food was excellent and inventive. Service was a little slow, but they were very busy. My only complaint is the cocktails are watery. They didn’t charge me for it. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and I won’t be ordering martinis here anymore, but I’ll absolutely go back for the food.

Coming back to say best birthday brunch ever. Phenomenal service. So much food. Consistently delicious. Everything was top notch.
This is the first time I’d been for happy hour. Let me say. From the second you walk in, it’s candle lit and dimmed lighting, so perfect for a date or small gathering. It Immediately set the vibe. Our server, Kyle was attentive, drinks were phenomenal we both had the passion fruit marg. We split dank fries and the Oklahoma burger. Subbed a salad for the fries and it was to die for. Can’t wait to go back. 10/10 from the second we walked in.
Didn’t get any pics because I was enjoying my time spent but well worth it. Was $60 for food and four drinks.

Luminary is my favorite restaurant in Springfield. They are constantly innovating. Their menu changes with the seasons and they always out do themselves. They have one of the best (if not the best) burger in town. They make everything in house from the pickles to the hand cut fries. Springfield is lucky to have this restaurant in town, considering a large majority of this town doesn’t even know what good food is. It is reasonably priced for being on the classier side and the bartenders are friendly and make amazing drinks. The only downside is the lack of parking. Do yourself a favor and go. They also have the best brunch in town. 100/10

First time coming here and we had brunch. I pleasantly surprised on how good the food one. Food presentation is amazing and the food itself is uniquely flavored. The special fries that came with the burger were perfectly cooked and fried!
It’s a small place in a strip mall and gets pretty packed. The one negative I found was how loud it is in here, we couldn’t hear the people next to us at our table and our server even struggled to hear us. L

Always fabulous food – my only feedback is PLEASE put the Oklahoma burger on the regular menu, not just happy hour! Would also love to see some more salad starter options. Great spot!

Every week the menu is updated based on what’s available in the area and what creative + ingenious dishes the chefs come up with. Consistently open for lunch, be sure to call / check their Facebook page for brunch & dinner availability. Reservations are a must for brunch. Ask for a seat at the bar if tables are full— the kind bartenders will take care of you. Been for both brunch, lunch, and dinner and I look forward to my next time in!

Loved everything about my experience. This was my second visit and it was just as good as the first. Two of the dishes we had (salmon tartar and short rib) were a bit too salty for my taste. I couldn’t finish the salmon tartar because of the overpowering saltiness of the sauce, but the salmon itself was soft and tender. Otherwise, everything else was perfection. I love the atmosphere, the staff was kind and food was staggered ro come out just after we finished one dish. Decently priced, well executed dishes.

5/5! Luminary exceeded expectations! The seared duck breast was perfection – tender, flavorful & beautifully presented. The coffee old fashion was phenomenal. Our tonight’s server was Audrey, and her exceptional service made our night unforgettable. Modern ambiance & attentive staff. Can’t wait to return!
-Highly recommend: The Seared Duck.
