Tonight was my first time trying Mia’s and we just found our new favorite pizza spot!
We went with the Margherita and it is perfectly baked and I loved that they are generous with the basil. The sauce is delicious, fresh, and definitely homemade. I am so glad I decided to add a few sides of sauce!
You can tell they really take pride in their food and I hope they are around for years to come.

We got a medium pepperoni and the cheesebread. This pizza and bread is the utmost ultra thin crust. You do get the brick oven charring on the bottom. Ranch is good. The pizza and bread are so thin it’s disappointing, personally. My fiancé thought it was “very good” as he doesn’t appreciate a normal slice of pizza. The cheesebread is lackluster…theres barely any bread. I wouldn’t order again. It’s definitely a niche style of pizza.

Waterford has needed a place like this!!! We ordered a large pepperoni, a small cheese, and a cheese bread. Thin crisoy Perfect crust! Light sauce that you can taste every ingredient. Perfect amount of cheese with a sprinkle of Parmesan. A true Italian pizza place. I hope everyone in Waterford try’s this place! As a matter of fact, I hope Dave Portnoy finds this place and makes em famous. They deserve it. Thank you for bringing the love of pizza to Waterford. We were recently In lower Manhattan and stopped by John’s of Bleecker street which was reviewed by Dave Portnoy with a 9.3. This place was better.

I stopped by today, and let tell you- I’ve been to plenty of pizzerias but this place truly stands out. The aroma, friendly staff, and attention to detail show in every bite. The crust is perfectly crisp and chewy, the sauce so fresh and flavorful, and the toppings, especially the pepperoni, are top-notch. You can tell they use only high-quality ingredients. Mia’s Margherita was a hit, too! The whole family loved it! The food came out hot, service was quick, and the cozy, modern vibe makes it great for any occasion. Honestly, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Got a large supreme and the stuffed ham and pepperoni bread. Food was ready quickly and was hot. Very very good crust texture and big brick oven flavor, all the toppings and sauce tasted fresh and high quality. Will be returning!

My only recommendation would be to maybe try a different method with the wings. They were not bad but sort of tasted like Chinese food.

I highly recommend this pizzeria! Very delicious pizza pie! We got the Supreme with a few modifications and cheesebread. Everything was very flavorful.

Nothing special! Pizza was cold didn’t get extra cheese. Won’t be here long. All the good reviews what a disappointment. Must be family. O well. We need a real italian pizzaria in WATERFORD!
