I probably know almost every Miami Grill in the county because I drive a lot for work. Unfortunately, this location (which happens to be the closest to my home) is by far the worst one I’ve experienced.
The food is okay, not great but acceptable, and that’s the only reason I’ve continued to come back over the years. However, the service has gone downhill dramatically. What used to be a decent and friendly place has turned into an uncomfortable experience.
After many visits, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern that’s hard to ignore (there’s a clear difference in the way customers are treated based on their skin color). It’s disappointing to say this, but it has happened too many times for it to be a coincidence. I’ve even noticed it while simply sitting and observing other customers being served.
There’s one older lady in particular who behaves as if she owns the place (very rude and completely lacking in courtesy). Definitely not the kind of attitude you expect in customer service.
This location really needs better supervision and training. We pay for our food and deserve to be treated with basic respect, not like we’re asking for a favor.

Cashier was curt. She doesn’t show courtesy at the point of ordering. The order was delayed and instead of explaining the situation she collect for the meal then tell you drive away from the window. Leaving you wondering what’s happening when other who cashed after you did were getting their orders completed.
When she did arrive to deliver the order, there was no apology, still no explanation, just a muffled “enjoy” and walked away.

The worst!! They always pick up and hang up for one and can NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT. Who ever working overnight needs to be fired, it’s ridiculous. Why apply to a job you hate working at ? The Uber eats employee said they even had an attitude when she asked if they got my order right this time…smh, management needs to do better at this point SERIOUSLY. Once the lady arrived with my order she said the man was actually the manager at that !!! Just disgusting, to say the least ! It looks like they just threw the food in without a care, the wings aren’t tossed in the sauce as it’s always requested and is also an option on the app when ordering. I can’t believe it’s literally a pattern of poor service, I avoid going in person because I work overnight myself but I know not to take my anger or frustration out on customers who walk In my work place it’s unprofessional and completely wrong !

I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I order from this location my chicken has been burned on the outside and still raw and undercooked on the inside. They need someone new on the grill. Mind you this happened on several different occasions and with different menu items. But today was the last straw. I asked for an extra sauce I was willing to pay extra for and the response I was given was “it’ll take too long”. I didn’t even have my order yet. I’ll drive further to get better service, but this location won’t be seeing me again.

Worst Fast food treatment of potential customers ever.
I understand that because of the foot she is the only employees working and need to be on close doors and only do drive thru.
But if a costumer that came working just what to buy food, the less thing to do is talking back and not ignoring them. I can buy the food throw the drive thru with out a car I supposed. I just what some food before taking the bus.

Got it from pickup and something told me to check my gyro pita before leaving the lot. Why is the tzatziki sauce not even out inside? Half of the pita had it and none on rest of the pita. So I had to go back inside to get extra tzatziki sauce. The cashier shrugged and said okay after I told and showed her how my pita was made. She sure don’t care. Food worker need to be trained on how to produce quality food.
