I visited here for the first time on a certain day in November 2025.
I ordered a Cup of Cheddar Baked Potato Soup and a 1/2 wildfire Chicken Salad from Bob Evans PICK 2 COMBOS.
It’s very cheap and volumy.

We went here for Thanksgiving this year and got the premium Thanksgiving Day platter. The food was cold it was good tasting but cold. It also said unlimited bread with the meal But I was never offered any. The meal was served fast I wish I would’ve sent it back for them to warm up but I didn’t want to be a pain on the holiday I will not be returning for any other holiday meal management needs to keep their tempature holding cases. All of the meal was premade it’s redicuous that it wasn’t warm. Better be careful don’t wanna make people sick. I have also attached a picture of my slice of pumpkin pie so sorry looking and no whipped cream

Our waitress, Victoria, was one of the best we’ve ever had. She was attentive, efficient, and very personable without being sycophantic. She made a good dining experience a great one. The beef in our entrees was fine to perfection, also.

Host came yawning at us with such energy and enthusiams that it was overload…… not really felt from the get go like i was being a burden more than a customer. Host was good. Food was cold except the country fried steak which you really cant mess up besides frying it. Bacon had a funny taste. Gravy was cold. And their new loaded hashbrown were on the flat top for about a minute and a half and where soft and uncooked properly. Toppings looked like a 2 year old plated it. Multitasking on the cook is def needing training for it all to come at onve looking nice and to temp. Everyone eats with their eyes first and presentation needs to be improved. Ive been in the food service for 25 years and a Chef for 20. I seriously would consider going in and showing them and helping the cooks improve their skills if needed for free. I usually dont complain but that host def killed the vibe and the cook plained sucked. I did enjoy the few swear words I heard from the dining area from the slender guy. I totally understand but others around made a comment on it along with their yelling across the dining area about who took toast. Def going under if thats how it will continue. Decorated the food I couldnt eat.

So the place was nice however there was a wait and was asked to put my name down . Had no problem. However four other families came in and left due to the wait . Then a family of 5 came in and the waitress try to seat them before me while I was already waiting. Waitress name was Skylar ….. now I don’t know if it was just because she was overwhelmed or if she really did not want to wait me either way. They should have a manager there to help them out . Food was good overall . Once we got pass that it seemed to flow well.

I give up on this Bob Evans and DoorDash. Last time I ordered there was a mix up and half the order didn’t come so my husband had to go after cold food. This time it took over an hour to come. Ok, I was warned about that and accepted. However, when it arrived I got VERY overcooked cold food that was missing key ingredients. Should have learned lesson the first time. NEVER AGAIN!

You just can’t beat Bob Evans for the perfect Southern style breakfast. Always delicious. And always at a fair price. We walked into this restaurant at 9:00 in the morning. With 25 people. And yes I know we should have given them warning but it was a last minute thing. They were able to get a seated within a matter of minutes
and the service never missed a beat. I can’t say enough about the staff at this location and how they handled what could have been a very stressful visit. Highly recommend.
