Same young lady at register as last time, sweet as can be, the kind of person you want working for you. As I just walked out of dennys down the street mad, it was so nice to feel welcome.
The staff all look happy. The place is clean. I was able to come in with my scooter and Noone even looked twice. The food was hot, I am pleasantly full. I work down the street so I will be back again. I also noticed no scowling faces. I saw every person working here smile at least once. Yeah, I like this place. Thank you for turning my day around.

Visited with a friend for a little snack. The fries were awesome and the fish was good with the tartar sauce. Askar took our order and he was very kind and provided excellent customer service.

I recommend anyone to come to this Miami Subs on 441 and Pembroke Road the cook is the best. The cashier is the best. around 12 in the morning, I went to go get some late night munchies, and the girl who took my order had pink hair and piercings on her face. She was very rude to me. I placed the order and added some fries after and she made a remark saying that it’s too late to be ordering too much food and threatened to spit on my food. I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to this time. She was very rude and I didn’t even eat the food after she gave it to me and I paid.

I haven’t had service like this in a long time. Exceptional. The employees were friendly and engaging. They were not on their phones at all and were constantly cleaning the restaurant when not serving customers. My mother asked for cherry coke and instead of explaining that they didn’t have it, Rachel made cherry coke with the cherries that were available for another drink. Kesha service was exceptional as well and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Food wasn’t very good. The lady who took our order last night, young female… was very rude, kept saying “Huhhh!!!” Over the intercom, no manners at all. She was texting someone the whole time we were waiting for our food as well.

I was skeptical because if the outside appearance of the restaurant mixed with the fact that I had ZERO idea what kind of food they serve. My disdain continued As I pulled up to the drive-thru menu screen. The screen was filthy and nothing was displayed until about a minute into. I wanted a salad and they offered salads but Judging by the appearance, I was concerned about the quality. However, everything was great, including the service. I was especially impressed by the mini salad (see pics) that seemed to be standard, at least with the combo (3-pc) that I ordered. Tenders were hot, tender inside and crispy outter. The salad was fresh and refreshing. I would definitely go back to a Miami Grill and I would definitely recommend.
