I ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken and fried wonton. It was so overcooked it was more like beef jerky. I called Beyond Menu and the restaurant refused a refund. Chicken should be white, not nearly black! Horrible restaurant and food!

The food was stale and stated old. I ordered pork wontons I could not bite through them. Also Mongolian beef tasted like the meat had been out for days and re heated. And the pork eggs rolls tasted like they had gone bad. And to top of off I ordered lomein as well and it was slimy even smelt spoiled. I called the restaurant and was yelled at for telling them about my order. Told me that their food was made made to order and I told them I could come to the restaurant and show you. Still got yelled at and hung up on my face. Don’t ever order from here. It’s horrible food and horrible service.

Orange chicken and General Tso chicken. We’ve ordered from here in the past a few times. Not great but not bad food each of those times. Today the chicken was like jerky. Hard pieces of chicken that actually hurt my gums when trying to chew. The rice was very chewy as well. I called them to let them know how bad the food was. The lady that answered tried to imply that I was eating the orange peel which I was definitely not. Needless to say this is the last time we will order from Mia China. I’m leaving 2 stars because of previous experiences here. If this was my first time ordering I would give it 1 star. Order at your own risk.

Last time I came to get a menu and the lady refused to give me one. Today I ordered off the menu and the lady took the menus away and gave me one with a higher price…….and the food wasnt even fresh. 5 minute wait. They kept staring at me the whole time.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I’ve come here several times and I have never had a problem. Today was enough for me to never eat there again. I ordered pickup through DD. She asked for the confirmation and I showed her the receipt. She then said that was wrong. I informed her that I didn’t work for DD, I just used the app to order my food. I finally get my food and go home. When I open my food, I’m missing the rice for my Mongolian triple delight. Everything else is there. I drive back and inform them about the missing rice. Well there was a 5 minute discussion in their language. Then the lady comes out and tells me the rice was in the bag. I let her know I wouldn’t drive all the way back there to try to get a small container of rice if it was in the bag. She then tells me about the lunch order and dinner order being different. I said, I understand the menus items may be different, but they all come with rice. She goes to the back yelling and then slams the rice on the counter. I asked her what is the correct way to order the food if I want rice. She tells me to get the rice and go. The lady is usually a little dismissive but I thought it was because they were busy. She’s just plain rude and nasty. I will not come back here. Again please check your bag before you leave. They will not own up to the fact that they possibly made a mistake.

My family loves Mia China and Pizza! (Yes, there pizza is good too, my grandchildren love it!) Their Hot Wings are the best in Houston! We’ve been ordering take out, both Chinese and Pizza for years and will continue to do so! There’s something for everyone here and it’s good too! Polite and friendly customer service and delivery! I visited this location today. Don’t ever order from here, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK. I feel threatened for my life. The staff tried to jump me after one of the workers grabbed my pick-up order from me, yanks the bags out of my hands and then shoves me and called me a robber after I showed confirmation of my order several times. Did I mention I never opposed a threat? They got the right one today. Respectfully ☺️
